A	Amir Jamshidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Canada’ newest aircraft is the Boeing 737 Max 8, which arrived in the middle of a pandemic and questionable safety issues. The Business Class on this plane is set up with four rows in a 2-2 configuration. They have gone for a darker color on its seats, compared to the glacial blue that was in its previous generation. The new look is much more contemporary and subdued in its elegance. Seats are spacious and comfortable.
P	Phoebe Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 stars if possible due to utter lack of customer service and consideration. Waited in a line looped so far back you can’t see the counter 1 hour before our flight. All because they “switched to a new system” that seems to not work for kiosk check in (tried 3 different machines with 2 different personnel). All counter staff have a dismissive “too bad, not our fault” attitude, with many fault-finding comments even though we did everything possible. Yes, we tried online check-in 24hours prior, as well as calling in, both to no avail. The customer number provided basically leads to a recorded message (ON LOOP!!) telling you that they switched to a new system and doesn’t accept calls. What a complete scam. Will never be taking this airline again!
B	Brendan Field on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This airline has to be one of the worst out there. I cannot remember the last time I've flown with Air Canada when there hasn't been delays. We say on the tarmac for an hour despite being told it would be 20 minutes. I missed an important event due to their mix up, and will avoid flying with them if at all possible in the future.
N	Nate Lowery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything on the internet says to arrive extra early because of long lines. My flight was at 6am so i arrived at 2am just to be safe. The issue is they don't open till 4am which is not published anywhere. It literally says 24 hours on google.
M	Monica Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air Canada has great service and benefits, but their punctuality is poor. Why does the flight never leave on time? Never! I fly domestic once a month for business purposes and each flight, their has to be a problem, whether it’s fuelling, technical, or cargo. Can you get these checked BEFORE the departure time? Even inside the airport, the workers are busy chatting to themselves and don’t pay attention to what their responsibility. If everyone had the right mentality, these things should not happen every time. And of course, it’s so normal that there is no compensation for the lost time. ?
J	Jordan Moffatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived, alive. Late, sore, irritated, but alive. Currently waiting a 5 hour layover, domestic. I’m not sure who schedules a 5 hour domestic layover, but here I am. As mentioned in many other reviews, staff appear to not really care, but are quite chatty. In flight meals went mostly uneaten. Please remember to bring your own food on the flight. What is provided, if anything, is really that bad. YaY. Just had a first flight where they were on time, and pleasant.
A	Alaskan 63 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a sorry excuse for an airline! They changed the last leg of my trip home by one day, from May 17 to May 16. They did care that my other flights got me there a day later. They said "sorry for the inconvenience" Needless to say I now can't take my vacation and I'm out $2000. I hope you go out of business, it's what you deserve, the way you treat your customers. There's a special place waiting for you. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and don't purchase any air travel with the name Air Canada associated. You'll be glad and happy that you to took my advice.
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air plane just made U turn and landed at YVR due to lack of fuel. Are you fxcking kidding me? What a waste of time. Everyone is stuck inside airplane and waiting for refuel.
