★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look. I get it. Human error happens. But if you sell a ticket for cheap due to your own error, that doesn't negate the fact that you've entered into a legally binding contract. To not honor that contract, even if you're not legally required to under NZ law is SO sleazy. If I accidentally hit "buy" on a ticket, I don't get to call you, airNZ, and claim "sorry, I bought this ticket by accident and I want to use a get-out-of-jail-free card." You'd still make me pay a fee to cancel it. So why do you get that privilege? Because you're a big company who has the power to take advantage their customers?
The fact that you're refusing to honor a legally binding contract yet you claim to be the "#1 airline in the world" is hugely hypocritical. Delta and Southwest have both mistakenly sold low priced tickets and have eaten the cost in order to honor their contract with their customers. That you refuse to do the same ought to embarrass and shame you.

I waited more than one and half hours for 04 times . But there is no response. Even, my daughter tried to contact but her calls were disconnected after 40 mins. What should we do?
This is one of the best airlines but customer service is the worst.
