Muy buena aerolinea, la atencion es excelente, la comida abordo deliciosa, espacio entre asiento delantero muy bueno, el trato de l@s sobrecargo 100% ALTA MENTE RECOMENDADO.
Very good airline, the attention is excellent, the food on board delicious, space between front seat very good, the treatment of l @ s surcharge 100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MIND.

I've been trying to call into their Richmond office for 3 days now. Each time I've been in hold for a minimum of 2 hours and nothing. Are you kidding me? I'm flying in 3 days and I need assistance..!!

Terrible absolutely terrible. Missed my flight by 10 mins and they charge me 1000 for the new ticket... heartless. Now I am cancelling my whole trip.... been on the phone for 4 hour and still is not resolved.

Worst Airline customer service. Waste of time to contact them. They'll put you on hold for hours. Wish I could rate them negative score instead of 1 star.

They won’t treat your pets well, I already waited for 3 hours in the cargo now and the cargo staff told me the cats are still in the airplane and I have to wait for another 2 hours to pick up my cat. I just can’t imagine how my cats are doing right now, they must be terrified!

DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. I SENT THEM AN EMAIL 2X ABOUT THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD, AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ME AT ALL. During a flight to China, I had tea with milk. However, I was given something else (the container looked like milk, it had Chinese label on it so I was not sure what it was). After taking a few sips, I could not drink any more. An hour or so later I felt queasy and could not control myself vomiting. I was seated between my husband and handicapped father in law. As would be expected, there was vomit on the floor at our feet, and my clothes were soiled with it. I cleaned myself up, and we put towels on the floor. The staff did not give us enough towels, or sprays to properly clean up. We asked if we could be moved to different seats because of the unpleasant odour. We had another 11 or 12 hours of flight before reaching China. The attendants told us several times that there were no available spots for us to move to. The lady and gentleman sitting behind us both moved to different seats later during the flight. We asked to be moved several times, and the flight attendants insisted there were no available seats. My question is - why were the two people seated behind us permitted to move to other seats? Even two seats - one for my husband and one for father in law would have sufficed. I was willing to stay in my seat. Because of the flight crew's refusal to clean up our space and/or move us to a different place on the airplane for the remainder of the flight, my co-travellers had to suffer. We are very disappointed with China Southern Airlines for not assisting us to have a bearable flight experience. On our return flight when we exited the airplane there were no staff with a wheelchair to receive my handicapped father in law. Instead he was made to walk unassisted for quite a lengthy distance (among other handicapped travellers). There was a lot of commotion among the airline staff, they did not have enough wheelchairs. They transported two travellers and made everyone else walk. This was handled in a very poor manner and we were very disappointed. After walking quite a way, we saw a China Southern staff member coming from behind us with two wheelchairs loaded with carry on bags. We insisted he remove the bags and transport my father in law to the transfer counter, since he was in very bad shape and could not walk any further (and there was no place to sit, no chairs, no place to rest his weak leg except to lean on the wall). This is unacceptable!! Also, on the return flight I noticed that the yogurt we were served was past it's expiry date. We thought it should still be okay to eat so we ate it. Later, I had a pasta meal with small cherry tomatoes and broccoli. The tomatoes tasted "off", but it was too late because they were small and already in my mouth. The white cheese also tasted different (not fresh). When we arrived in Vancouver, there was, again, no staff with wheelchairs for the handicapped. Again, my father in law was forced to walk quite a distance to the Immigration booth/baggage area. This was quite difficult and painful for him, and should not have happened. When a wheelchair is requested it is for good reason, and China Southern Airlines failed to provide him a wheelchair when it was reserved in advance. This is unacceptable. When I got home I had symptoms of food poisoning from the bad tomatoes and white cheese. I was sick for more than a week and had to take medications to get better. I am still not better and have to take more medicine. My father in law was also sick, he is an elderly gentleman and it took him longer to recover. For these reasons, we will not travel with China Southern Airlines again, or recommend it to our friends and family. It was a terrible experience for all of us, and we would not want to go through it again. Another problem is that the airline staff did not speak English well (or at all) and we had extreme difficulty communicating. WE will never travel on this airline again, and do not recommend it.
