!UNBELIEVABLE! Booked my flights over phone, got confirmation number and then they asked for payment. I gave them my credit card and they informed me that they cannot take the payment over the phone and that I have to go to the airport and pay IN PERSON! I said OK - I will do that. I live in Canmore, so close to Calgary. They said that there is no one in Calgary but there might be someone in... wait for it!.... Vancouver! They also told me that my bookings will be canceled in 72 hours if I won't make a payment in person before that.... 21st century. I asked if they have partners in Calgary that can take the payment - the answer was NO! I asked if they can extend the period from 72 hours to 2 months - the answer was NO! WOW! Just WOW british airways.... shame on you for treating customers that way. Never ever again!

Very rude staff. We were flying through British airways in first class and we were waiting at the lounge. Flight was delayed and so we were stuck for hours in that lounge. I was literally tired and my husband got drinks for us and when he went second time, the lady stopped him from taking any drinks saying there is limit of 3. Lady the limit of 3 is per person not between two people.

I have traveled with BA several time in the last few years primarily for trips to India. My experience with the airline have been average and I had not felt the need to write a review. However, this time it was different and I think BA deserves a "Thank you" from me. On October 28, I took BA 085 from Heathrow and reached my destination quite fine. And, while unpacking at home, I realized that I had left my Amazon Kindle e-reader on board. But it was quite late to call BA at that time. I called BA the next day and described my situation to the person at the other end of the line. Well, she was quite business like and asked me a few questions and then said "Yes, we got it". I was quite pleasantly surprised eventhough I was hoping to hear that answer. It is because, we often do not find the things we lose. I thought well - this is an honest caring bunch. I was really happy and felt proud of BA. To make my story short, I made an appointment and picked up my Kindle from the BA office at the YVR airport. Thank you BA

I never seen worse service in my life more then British Airways. Dirty expired food rude staff unreliable. I would never ever travel with British Airways again. My flight was delayed in Vancouver 1 hour then waiting at the runway in London for taxi and connecting flight was gone I stayed in hotel 2 days next flight was after 2 days I paid Β£120. Fron my pocket for covid test. British Airways don't care.
