★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonable and during normal times it might be okay. However, we tried to put our luggage in storage at international arrivals, which was unstaffed. The sign said to call a number and someone would come. The phone was laying on the desk and rang when we called, so nobody picked up. After half an hour of waiting, ringing the bell and even asking YVR information, we moved to the domestic arrivals storage. The girl there basically shrugged her shoulders at us for this inconvenience. We still used their service because they're the only storage, but if we would have had a choice, it would not have been them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER store your luggage here, they will steal/loose your memories from a trip you've worked hard to earn.
They told us to put our luggage onto one cart. When we returned 5 hours later it was on two carts and over 300$ worth of souvenirs was missing. Even worse, they had the audacity to blame it on us! They allowed us to look around the back room lockers, which was actually an unorganized mess of shelves with things everywhere (not a locker at all). The gentleman was helpful for over 10 minutes until he called the woman who was working at the desk when we dropped it off and suddenly had a story saying that we left it on the floor and he saw someone walk by, pick the bag up, and left with it. It was pretty convenient that he had this story immediately after hanging up the phone. I know for certain I left it on the cart and I even hid it under my things so it WOULDNT GET LOST. I also find it hard to believe that we backpacked around British Colombia for 2 weeks with that bag and never lost it. I called and wrote an e-mail, they responded back a week later by phone call stating we would get a compensation cheque in the mail and would receive a call when it was sent. Never heard from them again, even after I sent a third e-mail. Highly shady considering the contract states you will be compensated for items lost on their behalf. Terrible customer service! I wish I just walked around Vancouver with my 50 pounds of luggage on my back instead.
Even worse I found a wallet in the uber while I was dropped off at the airport and gave it to them thinking they were a trustworthy source, obviously before getting my luggage back. Now I feel terrible knowing some woman will likely never see that again either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Endless voicemail. Had my bag for 2 days on the truck that was "out for delivery". Finally reached customer service after several hours of being on hold then being cut off and having to call back in. I wish there was something nice to say about this company, unfortunately there isn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service i have EVER experienced. I waited home all day for my bag and they never showed up. You have to be on hold for hours before they ACTIVELY HANGUP ON YOU TWICE.
If your bag is being handled by this attempt at what they call a company, i feel sorry for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Couldn't give a toss about you or your belongings. If these guys are handling your lost luggage - be prepared to wait around for a few days on deliveries that never happen and be run around the bush a lot. You are 100000000% better collecting your case.
