B	Brendon Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line for not even a minute. Test took 10 seconds, got the email in 30 minutes. Lots of people seem upset they don't honour appointments, or that they expect the process to take 2 minutes or whatever. Everything was great for me, calm, organized, efficient. I have heard from a regular traveler the Executive Hotel in Richmond is a preferable option. Doesn't hurt to arrive early!

I feel that as long as you do things ahead of time then the wait and process of it all is fine and reduces anxiousness. I booked my test 1 day before my flight. So, for the process you should only come to the lineup 10 minutes before your appointment time so any thoughts of arriving early to beat the rush should be ignored. Then you are made to lineup to check-in where they ask for your appointment number and identification. They then make you proceed to a second lineup to do the testing. Overall, it took me around 45 minutes to get tested and an additional 35 minutes to get my test results. I don't think that's bad at all and this antigen test is a heck of a lot more affordable than the other yvr testing sites.
J	J N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just used CVM on a recent trip and the experience was seamless. Our family of 4 all had appointments at 1:00pm but we arrived around 12:40pm. We were checked in right away and moved to the testing line. It was about a ten min wait. The test administrator was friendly and gentle. We got results within 30 min. Will be using them again.

If you are coming with someone, have one person line up for check in and one person for the test otherwise you will wait for easily an hour or more. They advertise registering and booking for the next appointment nearby so clearly they don't care for people who have scheduled in advance.

My family has used this facility a few times and the staff have been very accommodating, friendly, and efficient in processing our tests as quick as possible. On one occasion, I made a mistake for one of my two parents’ test bookings where the date was incorrect. Upon calling CVM, they added a note to the booking to ensure both tests are done together. A day before the test, I called to confirm but had to leave a voicemail. The staff returned my call very promptly and ensured everything was good to go. At the time of the testing, my parents had a smooth testing experience. Highly recommended!

Stupid mistake, but rather then scold me for missing my appointment or requiring me to re-book and re-pay the team we’re understanding and helpful. They got me worked me into their schedule quickly (there was only a small line up) and administrated the text quickly…the results were in my inbox before I made it through security. I can’t thank the team working that night enough for the kindness and flexibility they showed me! Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend
F	Francisco Fred Viana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 7:30pm, got there and there was only one person ahead in the check-in line, it took 2min for them to check all the info and send me to the test line. Test was also a couple minutes and results were sent to my email in about 30min. I can see how it could be busy during the day and it could take longer to get your result in a busy day so I recommend trying to give a good amount of time so you don't take the risk of missing your flight.

There were maybe three other small groups getting checked in and tested but no line. The staff checked my documents and directed me to the testing area where I was swabbed. The test result arrived in my email about 30 min. later. All staff were courteous and helpful, and the process was extremely smooth. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely use this clinic again when flying out of YVR.
