The supply drop off system is very convenient and their customer service team is punctual. Highly recommend this moving company!

I initially found them when I had about 24 hrs notice of a flight home and within that time, they dropped off/picked up my boxes with amazing communication the entire time. A few months later, when I needed my boxes back, again they had great customer service and communication. Even when I couldn’t respond while being held up at the airport, they brought my boxes into my house at no extra charge! Highly recommend this company, as well as David Miller and all the other great employees who helped me.

They have a great website that is really streamlined and clear about pricing, and flexible times for delivering their free boxes well in advance of the pickup date. Their pricing is appropriate and competitive, and the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I needed to move out from my residence with a tight schedule and have so much stuff. There would be many storage options in Vancouver. But Storagehotel was perfect for me because they provided boxes, offered to pick up with flexible schedules. People from Storagehotel were so nice and finished working very efficiently and fast. I also had a nice experience with delivery. I recommend Storagehotel so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a great experience with the Storagehotel team. They picked up our entire 1 bedroom apartment in Kits to store for a month in between moves. Both movers were professional, quick and easy to work with. We had under estimated the space we needed and they were quick to accommodate. They made the move much smoother. Looking forward to the drop off!
