★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment to have my wisdom teeth looked at. Office is nice and new. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, and was able to help me bill my insurance. Not sure if what the short lady's name was, but she was rude. They were running behind and she was just trying to hurry me out of the office. She needs to work on being professional, instead of showing her patients her frustration. Dentist was nice but don't know if I will go back if she works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience. The office recently opened so everything is new and modern. The receptionist was able to book me a cleaning appointment within the following week which means I didn't have a wait a month to get a cleaning like other places, phew! When I walked in, the receptionist (Heidi) knew me by name. I had the dentist and his assistant working on my cleaning which I felt really special. I will be sticking with this place in the future!

It was the most I have ever smiled and laughed during a dentist appointment too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the best comprehensive oral exam that I’ve had in Canada having been to dental offices in both Montreal and Toronto (+one in Burnaby)! Exceptional teeth-cleaning service too. I have receding gums and I always feel squeamish having to sit through an hour of painful jolts and bleeding afterwards but the staff here did a wonderful job (no pain with little spotting but barely noticeable afterwards!). This has now become my go-to dental clinic as long as I live in Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a reminder whoever come to this dentistry, try to let them give you an estimate of the price before you clean or repair your teeth. Otherwise expect to have an unexpected huge bill even after AMS insurance and student discount. Yes they will tell you sophisticated calculations of the price but you are assured to get a huge bill.
As a reference, usually a cleaning cost me 20 cad, I just got 97 cad bill for a cleaning at this place.
