We had the pleasure of meeting Vicky a 70 year young lady that goes above and beyond to help weary travellers feel comfortable and at home. She never stopped helping and cleaning for the 2 hours we were at the lounge. From all my years of travelling, this was the best experience. Thank you Vicky and the rest of the team at the Premium Lounge YVR.

G	Gangalic Catalin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good lounge and easily accessible, especially for domestic flights with WestJet: one could see the boarding gate directly from the lounge. At same time, it may get a little crowded during the evening. The dinner is usually offering rice, butter chicken and soup. Usually around 4 types of desserts are also provided and apples can be found in the fridge as well. Yogurt and pickles can also be found together with some other cold cut vegetables. Finally, croissants, cookies and some warm bread (with butter) are also available. A coffee machine and hot water for tea is provided. Also, a soda machine is available with 6 different drinks (7up, orange, cranberries, coke, diet coke... ). Finally, 4 complementary alcoholic drinks are provided per visit. One can choose from 2 different types of beer (IPA and Pale Ale), 2 red wines, 2 white ones (Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio) and some spirits (rum, vodka...).
E	Eileen Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is quiet and calm. I really love the staff here, I come through YVR alot and find the staff to be the friendliest of all lounges in Canada. They are helpful, attentive and friendly. Meldy is always there to with a smile to assist with the food. The food is decent, could have more variety, but hopefully with all the restrictions lifting they can offer more items in the future. Definitely recommend it!

Solid food options with real plates and cutlery, including desserts — in comparison to Air Canada’s cardboard boxes. Staff provide great service as well. Only downside is no tarmac view, but it makes up in every other way.

First off decor was much nicer, the stairway and elevated seating area was a nice touch. Away from the noise but still in tune with the planes coming in and out. Food was okay during COVID and was served to you by request. The bartender was AMAZING. This guy knew his drinks and they had a proper bar, unlike the Toronto domestic lounge. Decent selection of options and the bartender had AMAZING service and enjoyed every moment. The bartender out of his way to call the gate for my flight to see when they are departing and boarding. This was true customer service.
