Finally went up to the bar to ask for two ciders and was told to go sit back down and he would bring them over. Instead he told the server that I had complained about not being served, so when the server walked by, he said, "I know you're in a hurry but I don't have any lone tree cider." We walked out and left. Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!

R	Rosie T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. Its definitely not tonkotsu. The broth was like a basic Campbell's soup pork broth instead of a creamy pork broth like it should be. Its disappointing if you're expecting tonkotsu They could continue to sell it and call it something else but it was pretty bland. My server was really sweet. And that's probably the only reason I'd try the restaurant again.

Not asking for perfection but at least avoidance of food poisoning would be preferred. Bought a breakfast burrito/wrap then boarded an early morning flight to Toronto. About 3/4 into the flight I experienced substantial pain in the lower abdomen nearly fainting from the pain while waiting for the toilet to become free. Stayed in there for 30 mins to forever, hard to say when you're in that much pain. Can't say much of their other food but the service was acceptable nonetheless.
