When travelling it can be hard to find gluten free and vegan options, so this was much appreciated when I found this new my gate. They had gluten-free and vegan options, but they were quite pricey for what they were. Honestly though, probably the best vegan gf pre-packaged cookie I’ve had — soft and everything! ?

I give it 3 stars because at least they have a couple of vegan options. It’s surprising how little Vancouver airport has to offer. What takes away a couple stars is they’re selling Costco muffins for $6. They have the Kirkland package of muffins in the cooler….. the whole container is $11. They’re selling for $5.75 each.

Friendly and hard working staff but the sandwiches were kind of bland and didn’t seem like they used the best ingredients. The prices are a bit lower than some of the other options in the airport so it’s a good option if you want a quick meal. The muffin was decent.

Tea was so hot I burned my mouth on it 15 minutes after I bought it. That's a safety hazard, no water about to be consumed needs to be that hot. I bought it an hour before my flight and had no time to even comfortably drink this thing. Ham and cheese croissant was alright but way over priced, as is everything on their menu. After seeing a review of one of their food items served covered in mold, I am concerned about the freshness of their food and what I consumed. Just go to Starbucks, skip this place.

Okay breakfast items. Nothing spectacular. Has a list of pre-packaged gluten free pastry. And they have gluten free bread, so they can make any of the breakfast sandwiches gluten free. They change gloves and are careful regarding cross contamination.

Very scarce selection for fresh food. Possibly cuz it was late at night but even on menu only seen one salad option, no wraps except one breakfast store packaged wrap. Sandwiches made on large bread with not much filling. I ate sausages roll which was thin pepperoni stick size sausage surrounded by huge thick dry bread, making sausage roll look very big. The flavour of sausage alone was good just small and bread around it was not appetizing at all.

Staff were not trained well. One staff gave me a moldy, green muffin. It's not the employees fault, it's management for not training their employees to recognize general health practices Do not order any of the muffins or baked items in the display. It's likely all exposed to the same

Craving a sandwich and a coffee. Got their Salami sandwich and 12 oz drip coffee. Coffee was fresh and tasty. They asked if I wanted the sandwich pressed and I said yes. When I got it was still cold in the middle. When I asked them to redo it since it was cold they said it does not heat up the sandwich. Okay, understood. The sandwich itself has four maybe five slices of meat and processed Kraft slice cheese. For $12, it's an over priced item for what you get. Suggest going elsewhere.
