★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 mins to get a coffee on a saturday evening around 7pm. Line up was too long. About 22 mins in waiting. 3 mins to get coffee. Definitely needs more staffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No choice but to eat here. It's cheap. Sometimes long line up... understaffed and some cashier's give you the wrong order's or they give you missing item's. I can't remember how many times they have missed an item because they didn't hear me or they didn't punch it in. I just wish they would a line up just for drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here and ordered and right off the bat it was a bad experience. I ordered a drink that was on the menu and the lady snapped at me saying “we don’t have that” and i politely said oh my mistake it is on your menu ,if you have this i’ll get it instead. I then order a grilled cheese and clearly specify to this woman that there cannot be bacon on it as i’m allergic to pork products. I walk back to where my gate was and open it up and i should’ve checked before i left because it had bacon on it and i was forced to throw it out as i really couldn’t be bothered to walk all the way back across with my luggage.Please train your workers to pay better attention to allergies and what to do in those situations I could’ve fallen very ill had i eaten it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty regular standard Tim Hortons inside the airport. Yes there are washrooms here at the airport and it's relatively clean.
Line ups can be long or short depending on when you go. In the morning it's fairly busy. In the afternoon is not as busy.

Whenever I go in to order it seems like they are annoyed by my presence.
