★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since all the water stations in the airport were closed, I tried to get the attention of a barista to ask for some water to fill my water bottles before a flight. I was first ignored then told off that I need to line up behind the long line they had to get the water, despite the fact that getting me some water would’ve taken literally 20 seconds. I did so and finally ordered two cups of water. When I went to get them from pickup, a barista was telling another customer that she will grab her the water despite another one having told me that I had to wait in line. Then due to the baristas lack of communication, the other customer at the pickup took one of the cups of water I had ordered. When I asked for another cup I was told she’ll deal with it and then she proceeded to work on other orders. If my flight hadn’t been delayed I would’ve missed my boarding. If your baristas are going to be inconsiderate at least do so consistently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High octane environment! Customer service decent under barrage of customer's in such a very high paced atmosphere. I'm guessing there is a high turnover rate due to insane frenzy, volume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why if you come 5 minutes before closing time they are already dumped all coffee and cleaned everything so you can't get coffee? If you work until certain time please be able to provide the service. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I twice asked to tell me the amount that I had to pay. The cash register did not show the amount to be paid, so I asked to tell me how much I should pay for 2 coffees. Each time the barista answered me "just pay." At that time, my Starbucks card had just slightly more than $12. I asked if this amount is enough? The barista said "yes". I paid, after which she told me that I owe her other 2 dollars. So, what is the problem? I don't mind paying almost $15 for 2 coffees, just let me know before paying. Besides, why is coffee in this Starbucks store more expensive than usual?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roddy, your service impressed me so much.?? I bought two city cups then you told me you would not help me to put the box cover. I spent about 5 minutes to put the cover, you never want to help me since I got some trouble with that. It was hard to take those cover out. I visited many Starbucks for collecting the city cups in many countries, only you require me to put that cover by myself. Amazing services.??
Your supervisor should give you a reward of arrogance. Since I asked your name, you were showing proud of your attitude to ask me what questions I get from you!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady making the drinks at the counter is very quick, efficient, and friendly. There is always line up at this location, but she was able to work well under pressure. They sell the region specific coffee mugs that some collect - the Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada versions. There are snacks, water, coffee beans, and bakery foods available as well.
