Coffee is better than Starbucks but ask them to blend your smoothie more than usual unless you like big chunks of unblended dates in your green smoothie! Smoothie wasn’t cold, not impressed.

I had one of the best avocado sandwiches ever here. They also have a very good selection of juices. Overall a very satisfied visit!

Red smoothie was underwhelming and overpriced. Chunky too as they don’t blend their smoothies well. Heres a tip for staff and anyone reading: when using old dates please soak them for a few minutes in warm water. This will really soften them up and allow for a smoother smoothie without the chunky bits.

Staff was really nice and helpful with ordering. I got the joes club sandwich, chicken pesto sandwich and one of the green juices called go away doc.

Cappuccino wasn’t super flavorful. Just okay. The Açaí bowl was a smoothie with granola on top. It’ll do.

When it was time for me to order, they were just chatting and paying no attention to me (they acknowledged my presence). I was waiting for a few minutes before one of them turned to me, ready for my order, and I found it a little infuriating but I didn't let it bothering me until I got my order... I ordered the Pick Up juice (small) and it was ridiculously overpriced. It had only 3 ingredients which were strawberry, banana and apple. My whole hand was actually bigger than the entire juice itself and it cost me $10. It wasn't amazing - it had a bland favour. A five year old kid could've made it better than that...I don't recommend anyone going there but what do you expect from the airport?

What this place good at is their large selections of juice and coffee. Also, their drinks are priced fairly for Airport level of pricing. Y'know, EVERYTHING at the airport is always overpriced, but that's no news. I ordered a cappuccino, it comes in 2 sizes and they both cost the same which is nice. I obviously picked the larger size since I have a lot of time to kill before boarding. Beware though, their cappuccino is extremely HOT, which I don't mind since I was planning to linger there anyway for a bit. Just don't take one big sip or you'll burn your mouth. I also ordered an omelette which was subpar in quality at best. The toast is so thin there's nothing to it, and so is the omelette. Very little filling and not much eggs. I didn't try their fresh juice but the ones I saw other people getting look really good. Also word of caution, if you're in a hurry don't come here. Service is very slow. I had tons of time to kill, so it wasn't an issue for me. I'll be back again in the future, but only for the drinks.

After a mystical week in Whitehorse, I needed some healthy fuel to replenish myself before Bond's wedding. In general I was surprised by how difficult it was to find vegan options at the Vancouver airport. Considering how many vegan restaurants there are in the city, I expected the airport to be similar. Despite the paucity of vegan options, I was thrilled by this Açai bowl from Joe and the Juice. It was exactly what I was looking for while waiting for my connecting flight. Admittedly, I missed my original connecting flight at 8:40 AM to Toronto. This was a gift in disguise as I used the additional time while waiting for my 12 departure to find this hidden gem. The staff was sympathetic to my situation and prepared a nourishing bowl that was pleasing to my palate. While I reflected on my trip I peered out the window, knowing that just like this Açai bowl before I took my first bite, the best was just ahead of me.
