I had all my questions answered quickly and professionally. Plus, I love my new chair and have less back pain now.

Definitely a high quality chair with a great warranty. Amazing customer service even after the sale. Saloni is great.

When I tried the ErgoCentric chair, I was impressed by the multiple adjustments possible to help "customize" the chair to suite my small frame. After using my new chair at work for 8 hours/day, I ordered a second chair for my home office. Very happy to finally have a chair that supports my back and neck.

I told him the colours I wanted and he educated me on the different features of the chair. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. The delivery was smooth also. I didn't need to assemble anything. I'm very happy with my purchase.

With the ongoing WFH arrangements, my previous office chair just wasn't cutting it and unfortunately contributed to lower back pains. After visiting the location, I was pleasantly surprised with the assistance provided by Mohamed who took the time to ensure I received the most suitable model. I'm really surprised in the positive impact the chair has made in reducing my back pain. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience as he was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly and would highly recommend.

The extension panel is the wrong colour, and when readjusting my table height I got error e31 and only one of the 3 legs extended throwing all my items on the floor. I'm currently waiting for the service department to call me back. I'll update my review depending on how things work out. But based on the price I paid for this product, I am not pleased at the moment. Edit: Service was great, calls were picked up. Leonard made time to come in the next day, tried to resolve the issue. Realized that a part needed to be changed. Mohammad had the store rush order the part so it could be installed and fixed by the morning on the 2nd business day the event occurred by Jeff who did a fantastic job. Honestly, I am really happy with the table. Based on everyone's response this was a freak issue. But it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, I still wish something was done to account for the big issues this caused to me at work for those 2 and a half days. 2nd Edit: I appreciated the store manager Mohammad calling to check up on me, and offering a product for the inconvenience. Based on everything that's happened, I am pretty confident this issue was a one off error. I would definitely purchase from their store again. I'm extremely pleased with the table, electronic adapter popup, dual monitor arms, and the wire management system is really fantastic. My office had never been this clean re wires.

The salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased the chair over the phone while my salesman was away, and the person on the phone got everything right. My chair arrived all set up and ready to go. Then, my original salesman followed up with a call to make sure I was happy. Can't say enough about this company. They were all very 'on-the-ball'!
