I've had to adapt to a few rapid transitions where my eyesight is concerned, and each time, she patiently guided me through several options, letting me try each one out for awhile, and never pressuring me to make a choice, nor trying to influence my choice. She just provided the objective insight and knowledge to help me make decisions. She's been very flexible with me and seemed to genuinely understand my concerns along the way. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews at all.

I went 2 days ago for my first visit - and from the very beginning, it was a great flow for the appointment; the staff were friendly, service prompt and efficient. It reminds me of my office procedures and systems in a very positive way. Dr Chan was pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave great reminder explanations for the tests and my eye health as I get closer to 40... My ONLY critique, was the longer wait after my pupils were dilated - I didn't plan on that much time, so the extra 25 minutes of wait time were fine, but unexpected. A GREAT establishment!

The environment is clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and informative. I met with Dr. Justin Hum who communicated everything perfectly and took the time to answer my questions. A thorough exam was done and I trust my eye health with these people.

He is very detailed and informative of what contact lenses he thinks may be best for me. The Staff are very friendly and they have good COVID protocols in place.

COVID protocols are excellent. I felt very safe and reassured while there. Dr. Chan is great. She is very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and did not make the appointment feel rushed at all. I am glad I chose this optometrist and her office and would highly recommend!!
