She is a respectable person, down to earth personality, very efficient, focused on customer’s needs, multi-tasking different undertakings with effectiveness, being proactive, scheduling in place at convenient time for us on the phone and always refining with the cost effect aspect. When we first met her she welcomed us with a big smile and took her time to clarify the interpretation of prescriptions written by Optometrist. She collected our Eye measurements including corneal width and thickness thus helping us select eyeglass and describing the types of tints and coatings. She also assisted us in selecting frames according to style, color and ensured that the frames are coordinated with facial and eye measurements and optical prescription. Since then, the whole family has been going to Ms. Mira and she has been always super friendly and knowledgeable, always welcoming. She not only understands the concept of the customers but manages it well. Highly recommend her excellent services. Way to go Mira, keep up your great services. The Essas

While she does need to make money at the end of the day to keep her business running, Myra does not care about the money; she's made some of her best friends at the clinic because of how honest and caring she is. Whatever your vision concern is, Myra will go out of her way to ensure that you are cared for and that you can see when you leave, all at a reasonable price. Myra is clearly the heart and soul of i2i Opticians and I am proud to be a client of hers. I will never hesitate to purchase my pair year after year from her because of all this. She assisted my partner with his colour-blindness glasses and is one of the few opticians in the area that carry the Enchroma brand of colour-blindness correcting glasses (for both indoor and outdoor use). Wonderful service!

She was willing to spend the time to make sure I got the right pair, and had me try on showed me a wide selection. Her initial instincts were right and I ended up with the 2nd pair of frames she had me try on. They're perfect! I have been buying glasses from her since 2001 and have yet to be disappointed in the level of service I receive. She always greets you with a smile and sometimes shares some news about her family. My wife also gets her glasses from i2i. It’s one of Toronto’s little gems when it comes to eyewear.

We live in a society where most people make money through ripping customers off, BUT Myra DOES NOT HAVE A BAD BONE IN HER BODY. She is always looking into the customers best interest. Very knowledgeable about her field as she has been an optician for years now.
