★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ok though this pearl vision location has a store manager who thinks people should take their glasses off with two hands always not one… it’s ridiculous and impossible to always remember to remove them with two hands… (one pair I bought here broke the manager blamed it on me taking them off with one hand) sad to say the least! Staff is good but this manager must go!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eye exam was efficient and comfortable. Frame selection help was good with just enough interaction. And final purchase of lenses with selected frames was easy. Glasses were ready for pickup in short order as well. Overall a very good experience.

Dr. Beatrice Wong was amazing!!
Great personality, explains everything that’s happening, specific, tidy & made the whole experience wonderful!!
I even decided to purchase my glasses here. Great selection & the staff were wonderful here too!
I highly recommend Dr. Wong for an eye exam & the staff at the retail section of the facility too!
