โ โ โ โ โ This Canadian Tire is huge with a separate "showroom", so combined they have an amazing selection of products. However, I avoid it if I can because my experience with their customer service is consistently very negative.

โ โ โ โ โ Received horrible service at the garage. I had an appointment booked for a simple procedure on my vehicle. After waiting for 2 hours my car was still in the parking lot. When I inquired, I was then told that they wouldn't be able to even look at my vehicle today despite the fact that I had booked an appointment a week in advance.
This place needs to hire some smarter people. They won't be getting my business again.

โ โ โ โ โ Cliff from the hardware department is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me in automotives and even brought out a mechanic/manager to assist me further. Finding parts/tools when you arenโt sure what you need can be intimidating and confusing but Cliff was so patient and kind while he helped me find what I needed

โ โ โ โ โ Love the showroom, great for seasonal displays and especially with Christmas, it was helpful to see all the Christmas trees on display. They have an excellent selection of trees for every budget. Larger selection of ornaments and decor. Staff were very helpful and able to answer our questions. Check out was quick. If you order online for pick up, they have a separate check out for that.

โ โ โ โ โ Be very wary of the mechanics at this location. I asked them to take a look into my slow leaking power steering fluid issue. The inspection costs $62.50. They came back with over $2k in maintenance and I was looking right at them from the waiting area.
- Change Front and Back breaks <-- did not see them inspect the pads
- Battery needs to be replaced <-- did not see them check the battery and was shown a fake test probably some other car's
- Engine Flush <-- they can't see the power steering leak without doing an engine flush... really this makes no sense.
- Valve cover gasket replacement <-- it was the power steering that was leaking.
Long story short. I declined everything and paid for the oil change and the ripoff inspection. I also know the break pads are good because I do the maintenance myself.
Go there for the oil change and tire rotation, but be very careful when they recommend anything else!

โ โ โ โ โ I had to select this store to place an order for delivery (and paid $15 for shipping) because the item was unavailable at my nearest store. I ordered a Nespresso but instead they sent me some hockey equipment. How does that even happen? The two items are completely unrelated.
As if that wasnโt bad enough of a catastrophe for Christmas Eve, I contact support asking them to send the correct item and arrange for a courier pickup for the incorrect one they sent and they have the audacity to tell me that itโs my responsibility to make a return in store?! This is wildly unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Would not recommend.

Denise was warm, as well as, accommodating and very helpful to me. She genuinely expressed empathy and concern for my situation and promptly resolved the issue. Denise is an outstanding ambassador for Canadian Tire and I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your stores permanently.

โ โ โ โ โ Very large store, well stocked. Kitchen accessories and outdoor sports equipment. We visited to buy one football among other things. There were hardly any options available and the football shelves were mostly empty. We somehow managed to buy one football which matched our requirements. I wish we had some wider collection to choose from.
