The customer service was very good, the place was very clean and they took extra precautions to make you feel and be safe with cleaning surfaces and chairs and trying on glasses and having them cleaned after for the next browser. Great glasses selection with top designers on display ready to try! With their help I found the perfect pair of glasses for meetings and computer that were both stylish and high quality. The lady who helped me out is professional, friendly and went above and beyond. Not only she fix what I asked, she also adjust the frame which used to be a bit loose, now became a perfect fit. When she told me they did this for free, I was like...seriously? No kidding?? Can't thank her enough for the great help. A lot of choice in the store and price looks competitive. I will be more than happy to work with them on my next glasses. Thank you Quality Optical!

What a genuine pleasure dealing with Shan whose suggestions and honest opinion made the process smooth and fun. Her in-depth knowledge about lenses was an education and I heeded her recommendation. I was really surprised to find this place with a real welcoming staff and a so professional. The optometrist did a full exam, took her time. She is very kind with a nice sense of caring. The staff took their time for me to choose a frame and eyeglasses with a large choice to choose from (all famous brand and models are there with price sometimes as low as 200$. I recommend it 100%!!
