I've been there with my mom and I was really impressed the way he treat his patients and when I need eyes check up I told my family doctor send me to doctor Morrow he check my eyes and explain me what is happened to my eyes and what is the next procedure and I'm really happy and satisfied the way he explained everything

The quality of service is excellent. Disregard bad reviews because they just reflect the usual negatively-oriented people who do nothing but complain about everything in life anyway
Yes, process times can sometimes be a couple of hours on days when you’re getting the results of your previous field of vision examination, which goes quickly. However, you just have to plan around that. That’s the way it is in this industry, no matter who the doctor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gary Morrow, is the best eyes specialist in the town. He always very helpful, polite and answered all the questions we ask. There is wait time, but it is always worth it to wait.
His staff is very helpful as well. I called them and ask them my mom having issue with her eyes, she gave me appointment for next day, also she told me mean time what kind of drops my mom should take and what kind of drop she shouldn't be using,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week on Friday January 22 I woke up with some pain in my eye and my son dropped me off at the emergency of Michael garron hospital.I went through to the emergency admitting department, then I was greeted by one of the doctors in the eye clinic.Since the vision in my right eye is not as great the doctor at the emergency centre contacted Garry morrow at his house around 10pm at night to make an appointment for Saturday afternoon, because the condition of my right eye vision was severe.Gary examined my eye for about an hour and the experience was comforting and he was an amazing doctor and person, I took the medicine prescription that he gave me, the prescription was used for two days and he was so nice that he booked me again on Monday afternoon at his eye clinic because he was so eager to see how my eye was doing. I would like to thank Garry Morrow for the amazing job that he did and I am extremely satisfied with the overall help that Garry provided me with. If you are looking for a great eye doctor that is extremely trustworthy and dedicated to the work he does, please come by and see Gary Morrow.

He treats everyone equally and he does not rush patients through out their appointments. He provides individualized patient care with empathy and generous care. I felt extremely lucky and well taking care of since I have been under his care. He saved my vision and provided extraordinary mental support during the course of my treatment. Dr. Morrow also leads on an excellent team with an excellent customer service. It is refreshing to know there are still specialists like Dr. Morrow, his work ethics and the way he practices his knowledge.
