★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a long overdue eye exam. Staff is friendly, and Dr. Pengelly is very caring. She takes her time and I never felt pressured into upsells.
They also have a decent selection of sunglasses at prices lower than I've seen anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Pengelly is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to discover an astigmatism that had gone undiagnosed by my previous Optometrist. She took the time to fit me with glasses and contacts that have me seeing much more clearly.
We just started a family and will definitely be bringing our son to Underhill.

Also, the Optician is very helpful if you want to pick out glasses. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Optometrist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first appointment with Dr. Pengelly. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough she is. She did a full eye exam including some images of the retina and optic nerve. Every step was explained in detail. I'm in my sixties and I've been wearing glasses since grade 2. I could easily say that this was my best optometrist experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very positive experience. Gillian Pengelly is the best Optometrist I have ever seen. Very professional, knowledgeable and the most pleasant of people. She even took the time to phone me at home to recommend an eye treatment for me which resolved my problem immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underhill Optometry is a great place to have all your requirements met for your optical needs. It starts from the wonderful service you recieve from the helpful receptionists to the exceptional Dr. Pengelly's impecible service that helps put your mind at ease.
Dr. Pengelly is truly an amazing Optometrist, she is informative, knowlegdable and Dr. Pengelly is incredibly easy to relate to. I appreciate all of the state of the art equipment, honestly it was fun!
I'm looking forward to SEEING Dr. Pengelly for life! Thank you for giving me back my vision!!
