★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. My family has been getting our prescriptions at this store for over 5 years, and since John left, the service has gone way downhill. Today, I was in the store and overheard the pharmacist named Ali yelling at an old man who didn't understand something about his prescription. After a couple minutes of arguing, the pharmacist yelled at the man to not come back and go elsewhere if he doesn't like it. I understand sometimes customers can be difficult, but honestly this guy was like 90 years old and the pharmacist just kept bragging about how he's a healthcare professional and talking down to this senior citizen for no reason. Even if that old guy doesn't go elsewhere, I think I will..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this pharmacy a 10 star rating I would. Last week, I went to a walk-in clinic and the physician prescribed me medication to treat an eye infection. Thankfully I called Ali for input and immediately told me to avoid this medication as I was allergic. He called the walk-in clinic on my behalf and advised the physician to provide me with medication that was better suited to treat the infection. Ali had prevented a serious allergic reaction which potentially could have required hospitalization. I am thankful to him and his staff. The service at this location is fantastic and the team members are wonderful. My parents and I have been going to this location for years and we are very fortunate and proud to have Ali as our main pharmacist. We will not be leaving anytime soon. Job well done Ali keep it up.
