β β β β β Poor customer service. They do not allow returns AND do not tell you they do not allow returns when you make your purchase. I had bought a fox tail for my sister (which was $11), she did not like it, so I tried to return it. They said they don't accept returns because they are a luxury goods store, and if they allowed returns then people would use an item once and then return it. I pointed out that it was an $11 fox tail I was trying to return, and why would I use it once. They still refused. This is even more annoying because when I was making the purchase on the initial day, the sales person knew it was for a gift, but still did not tell me returns were not allowed. Thumbs down. I would NOT recommend shopping here.

β β β β β We stumbled across this wonderful family operation. I can't say enough nice things about this shop and the exceptional quality of their products. The pride in their products shines through. Although this was not a shopping trip we left with two mink shawls. Thank you so much for taking your time to introduce us to your family and show us with pride your beautiful store. We will be back. β β β β β I am so happy I have found this store!!!! I walked into a few fur stores downtown and they didn`t carry nearly as much inventory and styles as this store did. They have tons of accessories and designs. It`s a family owned business and they manufacture everything on site. I have high expectations when it comes service and quality. Their quality is the best I`ve seen in Toronto with the most affordable prices. I really liked owners daughter Leah. She is so sweet and gives great and honest advice on styles and what suits the individual. Friendliest and most affordable service I have received in a fur store.

β β β β β This is a family business and the owner is very experienced in the industry. I was looking for a fur hat for my husband and came across Charisma Fur. The owner explained clearly the different types of fur for me to make the choice. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality fur coat at a reasonable price tag.

β β β β β Just received the shipment from my online order on this website.
Immediately after my purchase, I got a personal email from the company management thanking me for choosing to shop with them. I was pleasantly surprised to be consistently updated throughout the production and shipping of my item. I am extremely impressed with the two pieces I received to gift my wife. It's our anniversary this weekend and I ordered her a coyote trim cape and a silver fox shawl.
I really felt the need to place a review online for them. Their product was beyond what I expected as was their customer service relations.
Also side note, in addition to offering me a discount, the exchange rate for us Americans is great!

Such a custom experience for a fur connoisseur and for someone who is a habitual shopper of designer names and large department stores, this fur design studio is my new obsession. Watching fur being made with beautiful new Canadian pelts being hand-picked and patterns drawn for cutting, it is an experience most do not get the opportunity to have when shopping at those boring made-in-china low grade department stores. Charisma is my new home.

β β β β β Can't boast enough times about this studio. When a business has been around for nearly 40 years, they have been doing something right! I started shopping here in 2017, after receiving an amazing referral from some friends. I used to shop with another furrier, but my wife and I started seeing a difference in the quality of the fur at the other business. Not to bathmouth our old furrier, because we purchased some beautiful items in years ago, but we are specifically looking for canadian quality fur and locally made and not made in china. An experienced fur buyer can tell the difference! They have restyle our older pieces, even my daughter is wearing something restyled and passed down now! And their custom designs and fox and mink fur accessories and jackets in stock are incredible. Regardless, their prices can't be beat for canadian fur and canadian made. Don't think twice about it. Last time we stopped in, they had two customers who flew from Dubai and from China - specifically came to Toronto just to purchase the canadian fox products. That should say enough about their workmanship, price and quality!
