M	Molly Vaclav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. My boyfriend got me a pair of 1914's for my birthday but the sizing was a bit off (my feet are a women's 8 1/2 and he got me a size 9). Doc's don't do half sizes, so a size 8 was what I thought I needed. Turns out I was wrong! 8 1/2 translates to size 7 in the unisex styles. Go figure! It's hard to be certain of sizing when you can't try the boots on in store, but Rosanna knows the product well enough to reccommend the right fit depending on the style. She quickly and efficiently got me the right pair of boots for curbside pickup, and she was so sweet and personable. I will definitely be back!
A	Anette Baranova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in the store today Saturday February 19, 2022. We were asked to use a hand sanitizer. We don’t put chemicals on our bodies, so we refused. The saleswoman told us “ok but you cannot touch anything”. We were going to purchase shoes and spend decent amount, instead we left without looking at any.
A	A D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of shoes and the worker sold us the demo, half used balsam shoe balm. It wasn’t until we got home did we see this. We had to go back here which was frustrating and the same associate seemed to not care about the inconvenience. What a waste of our time going here. The person we dealt was rude, overbearing, and condescending in his communication when asked any questions about the shoes. I understand sales and customer service can be a an acquired skill and takes time to learn, in my opinion he needs some more practice. Save your money and go elsewhere. The brand has been around for a while and I have no problem buying more pairs in future at another location. In my honest opinion, the worker at this store selling the shoes needs more basic training in customer service and doesn’t represent the brand very well (#1273).
E	Everett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't accept a return on a pair of boots that hadn't been worn without the receipt, even though the clerk who sold the boots the previous day was in. Wasn't until threatening a credit dispute that they chose to check their system and confirm the purchase, something that took all of 30 seconds. Based on similar experiences described in other reviews, this store really hates accepting returns. However reading trough the negative comments, their return policy isn't the worst part of their reputation...

I ended up getting the first pair he brought out for me cause they were perfect. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next pair of Docs, the selection is larger than any other store I've been to and the staff are all super friendly. They were really on top of making sure everyone's safety and distancing was priority as well which I really appreciate as a high risk individual.

When they didn’t have the boots I wanted in my size, Henryx agreed to get them brought in from the warehouse and shipped to my house at no extra cost. I received them at my front door three days later. Great service.

After battling through different websites to find the color and the correct size, I finally got a flashing insight, go to the source where you can find all the models, colors and sizes of Dr. Martens. Once there I was welcomed by the most charming Lady and her team who gave me the best help and advise that you can obtain when chosing a Christmas present for your wife. I also rediscovered the pleasant sensations of calmly viewing all the models at the same time same place and specially enjoyed the different textures of leather, was a pleasant experience and the manager made it even better. This is the place where you want to go and purchase those special gifts to your beloved ones.

Especially compared to the previous stores, the staff here is bliss. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and kind, even when I came in 10 minutes before closing. I had my eye on sandals for a long time already, now in sale, but it was really the kindness and helpfulness of the staff that made me happy to finally purchase them!
