β β β β β Hands down, the greatest customer service experience I have ever had with Sherman Dalgado at Downtown Toyota! He set the bar across the board for perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Sherman was responsive and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. He was very professional, very down-to-earth and responded to my questions promptly whether it was email, text, or a quick call. He was very patient and understood exactly what I was looking for, as we share the same love for cars. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He was quick to address any concerns I brought up with no hesitation, very straight-forward and did not try to hide anything about the vehicles. He worked with me when the price was a little out of my budget, overall a great guy. I definitely will be coming back here again for my next ride. If you ever get a chance to go to Downtown Toyota, ask for Sherman Dalgado, he's the best guy to talk to!

I haven't met a car enthusiast like Sherman, a humble person with utmost patience for my queries, big or small. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. The entire car buying process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Sherman to anyone who wants to buy a car !!

β β β β β With the chip shortage and all the craziness in the market, I was really skeptical about ordering a new vehicle, especially a hybrid. But I paid Toyota a visit and ended up making one of the best decisions I could have!
Here are some highlights:
-Nima Shirali. If you go in just ask for him. He has a great personality and he is honest about everything apart from his technical expertise.
-Nima kept me updated whenever I needed throughout the process.
-He did his best to deliver my Hybrid RAV4 as soon as humanly possible.
-Also my car was thoroughly pre-inspected before I arrived and we did it all over again together when I asked for it.
-All the paperwork was handled by the dealership lightning fast.
-Even after the delivery of the vehicle they keep following up with you and Nima gave me actual calls to see how everything was going.
To sum it up, it was a great experience overall. And Toyota has just earned themselves another loyal customer.

β β β β β Bought my first new 4Runner here back in July 2021. Louis was very helpful and gave me an excellent price and allowed both my wife and I to test drive multiple times before buying. This was the first positive car shopping experience for me and hope for this to continue.
Update* i reduced rating to 3 stars due to the long service wait times at entrance. For my first oil change I had to wait 20min just to book my car in. I also found the warranty sales associate too pushy. Otherwise this is a good place to buy a hard to find Toyota without inflated prices.

β β β β β I had a great experience at downtown Toyota the salesman that I dealt with βJohn Flynnβ was someone I felt very confident in making a deal with. I personally liked his integrity and straightforward approach. I felt that every question I asked him was handled appropriately and professionally and would highly recommend him as a salesman.
The first Toyota Highlander I purchased was stolen and he was immediately considered for my second vehicle purchase and since then I decided to trade up and Iβve purchased my third (2022 highlander platinum ) again always dealing with this one salesman. I highly recommend him heβs a good man. Thanks John for your honesty

β β β β β Half yearβs waiting and all worth for this moment when I got my Supra from Luis. Such a gorgeous car and endless fun to drive it. A big thanks to my sales guy Luis. He is incredible and super professional. Six months are quit long for Toyota but he is super patient to answer all my questions just in minutes and shared all the updates as soon as possible. Very friendly and funny. Go buy a Toyota with him and you will know all I am telling is the truth.
