Love my new mini. Thanks to my product advisor Rob who has given me excellent customer service since 2017. One of the reasons why I stayed with Mini was his attention to detail. Thanks!

This Mini Location is by far the worst dealership to deal with. I bought my mini in March 2020 and have already had to get my roders replaced due to corrosion. (mind you I bought the car brand new from the show room (mini cooper S ALL4 Clubman 2020) I had the car there all day, I was told the latest I could pick up my car was 8PM because that’s when the gates would close. I got there at 6:30PM and the gates were already shut, I had to wait for the service manager (Max) to come outside and help me find my car. When I told him they said I had until 8PM his response was “well, they lied” when we found my car in the lot, they had had left my car unlocked, my key was not in the vehicle, as well as my trunk open. (they had to deliver my keys to my house the next day) Obviously I was upset and so was Max (the service manager) so he said that on my next service I have a free detail, to make up for this mistake. Fast forward to yesterday when I had an oil change done and my “detail” my car was there all day to ensure the detail service, when I got there my car was still wet and its winter so there was frozen watermarks all over my car and mirrors. All they did was vacuum my seat and floor, I still had crumbs in my cupholder from a muffin I ate that morning. I have a dog and the doors and windows were still full of drool marks, they hadn’t even given the inside of the car a wipe down. Safe to say I will never be coming to this dealership again. Mini Oakville is much more reliable and has much cheaper services. This dealership is a joke and I would strongly advise anyone I know to not come here.

I bought my first car here in July, 2017. My sales Aaron was a very nice and responsible guy. He helped me found a great car: my favourite colour British Green. He went through all the paperwork carefully and he answered all my questions to make sure I understand all the fees and packages. I Also his manager gave me a nice discount. I recommend this store to all the people who want to buy their first cars or change their current cars. Since staff there are patient and professional. It's a really great experience for me.

I had such a great experience with Rob from Sales , Michela and Travis . After having a severe car accident weeks before , my mini was totalled and I needed to buy a new one . I didn’t have a good experience at mini Vaughan , selling me a car during covid with so many issues and no where to turn when there was a lockdown .... so was skeptical to go back to the brand . But they proved to be outstanding at Mini downtown . The staff were so friendly , so honest and were very understanding of my previous experience with another Mini Branch . I got a discount , free mats and at the very end I got my brakes replaced . This was also on top of me changing the car midway through the deal , and was done with EASE . This was a game changer for me . So grateful and thankful for the staff of not only the sales and financial team but the service Centre for their honesty and hard work . The car is an extension of us ... so be in a car that is working amazing , in such pristine conduction with the right people makes the experience so incredible . Will be only going back to them to purchase a new one in the next few years . Thank you guys ! YOU’RE the best

Bad experience. Wanted to change car plate but impossible to get appointment fixed. Booked appointment with A but when called to confirm appointment, B said the appointment was canceled. Finally went down with an appointment booked with B, but they did not have the correct parts and told us to come back another time. Good luck trying to do anything at mini toronto. It's a waste of time.

I leased my first car at this dealership and Christian and Michaela were wonderful. They were extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond expectations - safe to say that my first experience will be my benchmark for my next car purchase (which will be with MINI Toronto once again!)

Nick Zhang was a great salesperson who set me up with a Mini Countryman (which I LOVE). He took me through the whole sales process, was a great communicator and got me the car that I needed. Thanks, Nick!

Feels great to buy my first MINI here a week ago. It's pleasant and comfortable working with Nick together to pick up the right car for me. But there’s some tiny issue with the survey afterwards. Simply put, if you receive a survey after buying a car, no matter how tricky the question seems, you are scoring the salesperson, not the car. I received a survey asking me “How likely is it that you would recommend MINI to your friends and family?” Take it for granted, I thought it was asking about my car's driving experience. Considering not everyone likes it’s lively and “vivid” driving style, and all of my friends are hitting their 30s they may need a more practical option, I gave a 7 out of 10 (which is not that bad right?). So, when Nick called me asking what he could do to improve his service regarding my 7 score, I was totally confused. I thought I made a comment to the car itself and I chose “No, there’s nothing needed to improve the service quality” to make it clear how brilliant service I received during the buying process. Actually, my girlfriend and I never ever considered having a MINI before we happened to visit MINI Toronto ahead of the appointment with BMW. We met more than 10 salespeople that weekend and no one beat Nick. He is one of the most important reasons for us to choose MINI as our final decision and we are both super satisfied with the service he provided. Back to the car itself, I like it, I love it. Driving a MINI is super enjoyable and it’s definitely a driver’s car. In fact, I’m looking at MINI convertible configurations right now and if I finally make the decision, I’ll come back to buy it from Nick again.
