Alvin was great to work with: - He was accommodating when I wanted a second visit to see more vehicle colours in person. Alvin walked me through the garage to see the vehicles in their inventory. - He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to provide assistance before and after purchase. - He was very quick to answer my emails. - He was patient and provided me a reasonable amount of time to consider the pros and cons of the vehicle purchase. All in all I would gladly choose to work with Alvin to purchase from Genesis again.

Reviewed and test drove almost all premium brands in the class. Quality, elegance, features and attention to details brought us to GV70, but the main reason for staying on our decision and waiting 8 months for the car to arrive was Genesis Downtown and in particular, Alvin! I am not the easiest customer and always have a lot of questions! But he never refused to answer my questions or concerns with patience, accurate information and transparency. Kudos to you Alvin! Keep up the great work. Thank you for standing beside us during the whole purchase process. If you’re looking for an amazing state-of-the are mid size SUV go there and ask for Alvin Chang. You’ll have an awesome experience like nowhere else!

The luxury and urban style sets the tone of a unique but sophisticated ambience that speaks the high class in Genesis. Also, I have to say, I had some great experience with car sales associates/managers but Peter Kim has been by far the best and most professional person that doesn't come around easy in our lives. He's professional, caring, knowledgeable but most importantly he is courteous. On top of this, I met Chris, General Sales Manager who came out to say hello at the end of my initial experience which speaks the service level at Genesis Downtown Toronto! Great people, great service that led to my new GV80! What an amazing story to share with you all! Jacob
T	Tracey Taylor-O'Reilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in my search for a very clean used vehicle. I had to drive in from out of town. Emailed with my questions. Sales person called without answers, was vague, and came across as the stereotypical used car salesman. I asked him to look over condition of car carefully and take photos because I would only drive in if he assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. He assured me no wear/tear or damage, yet photos appeared to show some. He said it was "dirt" and assured me the car was clean so I drove in (3.5 hours and $40 in gas) to view the car. There was damage to front bumper (which they "suddenly discovered" just before I arrived), side fender, and back bumper and interior in extremely poor condition. The turn signal was glued on and didn't work - very dangerous for a test drive in downtown Toronto! The sales person repeatedly lied to me to get me to come in to view the car. The complete opposite of what one expects from the Genesis Customer Experience. Shameful!

I had initially gone to another dealership (Not Genesis) after returning my leased BMW. I was told that my vehicle would be ready within 8-10 weeks, 14 weeks later and the vehicle was still unavailable. With the massive chip shortage, completely understandable, but the dealership was not transparent and left me in the dark. So after some back and forth I decided to ask for my refund and came across Genesis. I called the Downtown Shop and immediately their team handed me over to Alvin who booked a text drive with me a few days later. Alvin was very understanding and was courteous throughout this entire process. He answered all my calls and questions at all times of the day and a week later, I'm the proud owner of the new Genesis GV70! This beautiful car is striking and I am so delighted to ride this vehicle. I actually rode it to Starbucks just to find an excuse to drive the car for a cup of coffee. Alvin and the Genesis Team, thank you so much for everything...I will definitely recommend you to my friends, family and clients.

Patience, polite & get things done on time. Kudos to Terry; we decided to go with Genesis because we know we are getting premium customer service at this location. Therefore, I would give a Five* rating for this Genesis location. And we have chosen Genesis over Mercedes & Range Rover.

What sets Terry apart was the way he represented the Genesis brand. The process felt like I was going car shopping with a knowledgeable friend, rather than a salesperson. He never tried to upsell me anything I didn't want, was always prompt with his responses, and gave me ample time to consider my various options. During the test drive, he gave me a very detailed walk through of all the features of the vehicle and took the time to thoroughly explain what sets Genesis apart from some of the competition I was considering. Overall my experience with both the process and the vehicle have been absolutely amazing.
