★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a brand new 2022 lexus ux250h from William Miao in downtown lexus. Very happy about it! William Miao is probably the best dealer i have ever met. Before visiting downtown lexus, i have visited so many other dealerships from different brands. I can say William is the main reason why i chose lexus and downtown lexus. He is very professional at what he does unlike others. From such short period of time, he knew what i exactly want and offered a unique custom plan to meet all my demands perfectly. On top of being extremly professional, he REALLY cares about his customers and he is such a detail-oriented person. He redefined what service should really be. He took care of every little things on my car before the pick-up even including filling up the whole tank and adding all the useful accessories on the car, which just made my experience so enjoyable. I would definitely choose william for my second car. His service is just beyond my words. INCREDIBLE!

I felt that I was being given all the necessary information I needed to make my decision. He has also made himself readily available to answer any post-purchase questions. I hope Lexus takes note of his skill-set and encourages other representatives to adopt his professional and interpersonal attributes. I highly recommend him to potential new clients.

As a business owner myself, I have either personally or for business done over 50 vehicle transactions in my life. The sales interaction with POUYA was very professional right from the initial phone call. *** Of note, I reached out to several dealerships on different vehicles, some did not return my call for days, one even AFTER I had completed the entire purchase, lol***
I also live over an hour north of the dealership. It was worth the drive, and I will be doing it again on another purchase. Thank you Pouya and your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new 2022 RX450H, currently new cars and especially hybrids are in low stock. Bob and especially Chris the GM worked extra hard to find the exact car spec that I wanted. I was at the dealership for a long time but the GM made an extra effort in calling all the other dealerships and checking inventory. In the end, we had a chance at a RX450H and agreed upon price, no pushing for extra packages or extra costs like other dealerships that are in the news recently getting bad press. After a few days, Bob and Chris were able to confirm they were able to get the car I wanted off the assembly line while it was in production. It was my 2nd choice color but overall the car I wanted. I spoke with many Lexus dealerships, I feel DT Lexus is the best in getting a deal done fairly. Also I don't think there are any RX450H being delivered anytime soon, so 5 Stars!
