He was so kind and helpful and walked us through everything and made us feel incredibly comfortable. I've actually told several people in my life to buy Kia's now, because of how great the experience was. We'll be back for years to come, for sure.

Within four weeks, the vehicle was stalling intermittently, at one point even stalling while in motion! Toronto Kia took the car and plugged in the diagnostic tool which produced no error codes. They were unwilling to do any more investigation beyond that. This dealership, on multiple occasions, attempted to charge my step daughter for repairs and work under warranty. Upon contacting Kia Canada, she was advised to sue Kia through the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. During litigation, Kia Canada’s legal team revealed that Toronto Kia never followed up with the manufacturer to advise that there was an issue with the vehicle, they did not update the vehicle’s file, and made no effort to resolve the issue with the manufacturer. My step daughter had to sue Kia to have the warranty honoured and throughout the entire process, service department management was thoroughly dishonest, maintaining an extremely dangerous situation for my step daughter.

I met Mr Akilan who was very very welcoming and honest about car payments, interest rates etc. I'm still yet to secure a deal as they would get back to me on what payments i would be approved for. But for now, i must say it was a wonderful experience. I'll keep you guys updated. 4 stars for now .??

When I picked up I had to wait a little and got a good feel for the energy in this place. I was treated with kindness and respect and Wali went above and beyond. The big deal for me was the atmosphere was happy. I felt like everyone enjoyed being there. It made such an impression. I highly recommend this location.

After visiting about 15 to 20 different dealers for about a duration of three months, I ended trying this place out. Sukhwinder was great help and the team was very accommodating. They helped with my car requirements and ultimately the best deal offered amongst about 20 different dealers in Toronto. Definitely recommend them!
