★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there was rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. First time buying tree balloons for my daughters first birthday. I ordered 5 trees. No one offered me bags. So of course when I took them out of my car all the balloons were tangled. When I called them to let them know. They offered me 10% discount.
Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with this business. Staff person was unbelievably rude bordering on abusive. I came to pick up decorations for a baby shower last year. I called when I arrived for curb side pick up. I was on the opposite side of the street due to traffic. I had intended to get out of my car and cross the street to pick up my items but before I was able to communicate this to her she angrily accused me of expecting her to leave the store unattended to come to my car.. I corrected her and she ignored what I was saying while yelling that I was an overly entitled customer. By this time I was in front of the store!
She angrily handed me my items and then turned around and locked the door! Without a word. I was shocked. Had to be one of the most distressing and unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Never ever going to shop there again and if anyone asks I would say they do not deserve our business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who we dealt with was pretty curt and made our shopping experience an unpleasant one. We called ahead for curb side pickup and the whole interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her. Despite it being a convenient location we will not be shopping here again.
