Excellent customer service I received from S. Wong at DAG tiday. I leased 2017 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid for 52 months. February 5 was the last date of the lease. I got the letter and accordingly I paid out remaing balance . So got the ownership back and S. Wong said you will get the lease clearance certificate by mail. As I did not receive, so I called S. Wong and she did in 10 minutes. Excellant job S. Wong. Thank you

Hyundai Dealership took 2 and a half hours to perform the simple task of changing and balancing tires.... Unbelievable. Advisor was rude and disrespectful, couldn't provide accurate time for the service.

Very bad experience. I purchased an Audi q3 from them end of Jan/2022 and within a week was having issues. After trying for two weeks to hear back about covering repair costs, I finally did and then reimbursed me. Now, a few short months later, I’m having even more costly, serious issues with the vehicle and no one will return my calls or emails. The customer service and quality of vehicles is not good. I don’t recommend this dealership and if no one gets back to me soon to remedy this issue and come to a resolution, I will be taking it up with my lawyer and putting in complaints with the mto.

I wish I had the patience to go through all the details of my terrible experience at Ford. The reason for my review and the cherry on top though was when I was calling to speak to someone in sales at Ford to follow up on my ridiculous experience purchasing a car, I would somehow get routed to Hyundai sales department. Imagine that, you hear welcome to Ford downtown, click two to speak to sales, and then you get transferred to someone at Hyundai who is giving you attitude as to why you’re calling the wrong number. Premium customer service here guys. I think everyone from managers to the sales reps needs to retake their customer experience 101 training. Also - still waiting for someone to tell me what the heck is going on with my Ford Bronco order that I’ve been waiting 5 months for. Really should stick to German cars and good customer service.

I had a very positive experience buying my used Toyota here a few years ago and my recent service experience kept up the same level of quality. Prices were reasonable and better than competitors, advice was fair and staff were courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle.
