★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siar from Downtown Lincoln helped my family and I buy a 2021 Lincoln Aviator. He made the whole process seamless, he was very knowledgeable about both cars and was professional throughout . We went in to check out a couple of cars and did not feel pressurized by him at all. He listened to our needs and helped us decide between both cars, I’m sure he helped us make the best decision for our family. His communication skills are excellent and he was quick to answer all our questions over the process. Will definitely go back to this dealership for future purposes!

I felt safe during the test drive, wearing masks. Pick up of the vehicle was well thought out, Siar took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving away from the dealership in my new wheels. Highly recommend Downtown Lincoln!

Todd was extremely helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions and concerns during the test drive. Unlike some other sales reps I have met with in the past, I didn't feel pressured at any point while speaking with Todd and I appreciated the excellent service and information that he provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Nova Scotia. They have a 2012 nissan frontier that doesn't start. Altinator or battery problem??? I asked for photos to see engine. No photos They Quoted appraised value @18000. VRM canada vehicle prices has it around 12000 a vehicle that runs. I gave them a fair offer. I was politely told by the salesman no after a few days but, if I need more help????? It's obvious if your out off town don't bother.
