I understand the demand presently for vehicles is extremely high, however you expect return calls or emails. I’m sure there are any number of other Ford locations you would be better suited at contacting. It is almost as if the sales staff at this location are doing you a favour by interacting with you.

She was able to set up service for my vehicle and transportation home. All after the end of her shift when she could have told me the shop was closed for the day. Thanks Tanya and Formula for excellent service.

From the minute the dealership reached out to schedule an appointment to the minute I drove away I was in amazing hands!!! Peter, my service advisor was an absolute Gentleman and very well versed in the field of automotive maintenance. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about competing additional work that needed to be done. Not only did he look after my truck but he looked after me by arranging an Uber for my wife and I. Amazing, amazing & amazing dealership! The service department is very professional and took my car in immediately when I came in for an appointment. The car was serviced disinfected and brought out ready to go. The rest of the staff were very cordial and helpful as well. It's sad you will be leaving Lois looking forward to meeting the other service staff in the future. I will be bringing my car here again.
