He is very knowledgeable about the small details in a home (windows, heating, wiring, gas, etc) that we as the buyer bypass when looking at the beautiful set ups (paint colors, furniture, decorations, etc). He treated us like his own family and made sure he was looking out for our best interests at all times. He was great to keep us on top of the deadlines when buying a new home which made this transaction less stressful for us who were going through the process for the first time. Ryan found us our starter home 7 years ago using his connections and we were able to make an offer and secure the deal before the house even hit the market. We have done multiple deals with him (one of which is a rental property) and he has always managed to impress us with his knowledge of the industry. When we were buying our first house with him (2016), we were in a very competitive market, and he had a few specific suggestions for us. One was to sell our house before finding a new one. This was definitely NOT our plan and made me a bit nervous, but we decided to go with his advice. Well, thankfully we did as our house ended up selling for WAY more than we had anticipated and allowed us to land our dream home which would have been out of our price range had we not waited. My girlfriend and I began looking for our first home early this year and after having a disappointing experience with our initial realtor we were referred to Ryan by some close friends. The difference was night and day. Instead of having to follow-up to get responses to our inquiries Ryan would respond to our emails immediately or would have already provided the information. Ryan was a great communicator and listener. He was well aware of our budget, current situation with work from home (and possible return to the office) and the areas we wanted to search in. We never felt pressured to buy or made to feel like finding our home within our budget was impossible. Visiting homes with Ryan was easy and comfortable while also professional and a learning experience thanks to his expertise. At the end of the day, Ryan helped us immensely in finding our home and we couldn't be happier. It was a great experience working with him and recommend anyone work with him as well.
