Excellent service again this morning. You could say my vehicle was a victim of covid - with battery dieing from lack of use. Thanks again to my service advisor, Reim, who was able to slot me in, on an emergency basis, getting me up an running in less than 1/2 hour. Thanks Reim!?

Update-30-September-2021 No issues with service, as it was a routine oil change and tire rotation. However, poor customer experience from the Service Consultant. Issued a $0 invoice and on questioning why am I not charged; I was told it is likely under warranty. However, later in the evening they message me implying I tried to avoid paying and ran. When I reminded them I had confirmed if I really donโ€™t need to pay, and spoke to two different people before leaving. To that the Service Consultant tells me that she deals with several people in a day. No apology for issuing wrong invoice and blaming for leaving without payment. Utter nonsense. Had to go back to pay, as the only other option provided was to give Credit Card details over phone. They seem to have a horrible culture of not taking accountability (read the first issue below). Keeping a 2 Star rating and not 1 star, only because service itself went smooth and Pat at the counter is great to deal with (only wish she was one of the sales consultants) UPDATE: (Reposting here, as earlier posted against the Sales department by mistake last time) This was my first car service with this dealership, and it couldnโ€™t have been smoother. I dropped the car off on time and a shuttle dropped me back home soon after, and when the car was ready, I was picked up. There was proper communication throughout starting from the service booking till the delivery, and they stayed true to the time and cost estimate provided for this service. The service consultant and the shuttle driver were great too. Couldnโ€™t have asked for more. Will definitely be coming back for my next service. This was a 5 star experience, but giving them an average 4 as last experience was a 3 stars. OLD REVIEW (3 stars) This was my first time here, and may have been just bad luck. Hoping the experience would be better the next time. I went to have an issue looked at in my 2020 Wrangler JL. The technician ran some tests and told me he could not find anything wrong that would explain the issue, but I should keep monitoring if it gets any worse. Fine... but he also sneaked in a bad news. Apparently, he broke off one of the latches on the hood accidentally, while trying to force the key, but only to find it was already unlocked (I have aftermarket latches with key). I appreciate that he was upfront and honest about it, but when I asked what is the solution, he asked me to speak with the service desk and disappeared. After speaking with the desk, I was told they don't do welding so they can't do anything to fix it. Okay??? So I asked what is the next step to resolve this, would they order a replacement? I was asked to speak with the Service Manager to see if he can do anything. Service Manager asked me to purchase a new set and give him a copy of the invoice for reimbursement. This solution was not as good as them just replacing it, but was acceptable. So, I purchased a new set and emailed the invoice on Dec-17, and now waiting for the cheque (likely in mail on it's way). It's not a big amount so not too concerned to keep chasing it, but what I don't understand is why I had to "request" for a resolution and speak with different people for what was clearly this dealership's mistake to resolve? I would have expected an apology and resolution offered from them, Vs me chasing them. But as I said, hoping this was only a one off, and hopefully I will not have such experiences in the future. Will likely write another review after my next visit (first service) to provide an update.

Bought most of my vehicles in here, friendly environment, never had major issues or complaints. A nice dealership, you can comfortably waiting for your vehicle to served or opt for an Uber ride bank and forth home, for longer tasks. I have a great relationship with some of the personnel, including management, I definitely recommend the place for your next purchase.
