Wonderful and helpful customer service. They sold my vehicle quickly and for what I was hoping to get for it. Their fees are reasonable and the staff is great to deal with. I totally recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their vehicle.

These people are scam artists selling garbage vehicles. they sold me a truck that did not go in reverse and they did not disclose this before purchasing. I told him I would not pay for it and they charged me $500 deposit and band me for life. Don't go here is a waste of money and time.

I originally gave 5 stars, but had to change it. I bought 3 vehicles from Osman always trying my best to pick up the best vehicle. While picking up the second vehicle, one of the employees was wondering how I started up the vehicle. I replied "why?", he stated that it gave them hard time to start and rolled his eyes. We went to Spruce Grove on our way home and sure enough it would not start, starter won't work and hitting it did not help. The tow company had hard time. We took it in and after $110 (luckily not more) it was the switch. We also had to spend $500 on an antifreeze leak and I discovered when driving at night a check light on the dash but could not tell as the screen is foggy. We took the vehicle to sell at Osman (8 months later) and they told us that we sprayed the dash so the check light does not show, they asked if there were any leaks.... Osman failed to disclose the three issue with the vehicle at the first place. I don't trust Osman Auction anymore and will not go there ever.

Great auction house to find a good vehicle for a good price. Covid 19 safety riles adhered to. Front desk is extremely helpful . Bought a nice Lincoln here. Thanks manheim.

Should be 0 stars! Was there on the weekend and waited all day for what i wanted to bid on. There might have been 10 people left on the floor. There was no reserve. He started at a ridiculously high price. I waited a little and then put my offer in which was very low for what he thought was a piece of gold. He told me i was to low. Well did he actually think i was gonna start off with my highest end bid? There was no reserve on it. He should have took my bid and continued but instead he made up some floor bid ( i watched everyone and no one was bidding ) then he made up another bid and then it came up as no sale! Seriously! it's almost 30 year old trailer and has no locks, floor damage, needs tires, the steps didn't want to go up, was it even winterized or are the pipes frozen? I sat there all day and i watched at one of the employees bid up an item, now was it for himself or just trying to get the item up as it was going super low? I looked through all the previous auctions and the prices they went for. Why were they going so low before and accepted, trailers in better shape and newer? A trailer was sold for 2000 about an hour previous so why was my low bid funny. I was giving wiggle room. Never again. you also have to stand in line to give you deposit and then stand in the big long line after to get it back. Do yourself a favor and Head over to Mitchner Allen, they only want a deposit if you buy something and their buyer fees are lower. Almost everything this weekend was no sale. probably to save it for this coming weekend hoping for more people because they were all at Mitchner!

I've bought a few vehicles here, no regrets.

It's a really good auction stock is always reasonably full but it's an auction so, I've compared it to gambling.

Eddy Osman and his brother reached out attempting to purchase my vehicle from me. They gave me this long sob story about helping their elderly parents purchase a vehicle because they’d totalled their last vehicle in an accident. I believed them and knocked $3000 off the asking price. They said they were absolutely going to buy the vehicle and asked if I’d meet them at the bank that I had the remaining lien on the vehicle with. I agreed to meet them at 1:00pm. After sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes Eddy told me they’d be there between 2:00 and 2:30. I arrived back at the bank at 2:00. At 3:00 they still weren’t there so I texted and asked if they were still coming…no response. I left at 3:30. These guys knew I was waiting there for them, they knew I’d rented a vehicle because they were going to buy mine but they didn’t have the courtesy to pick up the phone. After I texted them to tell them I put a fraud alert on my credit (because they had plenty of my personal information by this time), Eddy texted to say his brother found the same car for $500 less and sent me the link. I called the dealership, the vehicle had not been sold and was full of hail damage. After attempting to phone them a couple times the older brother called me to assure me they weren’t scamming me but rather they’re wholesalers and the buyer they had for my car fell through. Extremely unprofessional. No respect for clients’ time or money.
