My only complaint would be for people that can't come in to view before auction is to have more photos and better descriptions for online viewing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero, won a large item and contact a lot of time but seems they are too busy and never mind to help to find a solution. Then I got a $80 check they said they got my item purchased for over $300 that auctioned out again, then block me on online auction. You are the man! Don't bid if you are online they will not help.

Even wearing white gloves as not to avoid acid from fingers when handling displaying firearms. Bud always had a sense of humor as well. All the best with Wards. Paul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a gun from them in one of their past auctions. When it arrived I found several cracks in the stock which wasn't mentioned in their description. The gun was worth at least $200 less than I paid for it due to its condition issues. Tried to return it and the office manager (who was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending) would not allow me to return it even though it was obviously their error. He said I could consign it but why should I pay their fees and lose on the gun when it was their fault. This is the second time I received a gun from them with a cracked stock that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Anyways, a while later the same thing happened from a major eastern Canadian gun dealer. This office manager was very apologetic and paid for the gun to be returned. The refund was quick. Moral of the story--anyone in the market for a gun should look to other dealers as Wards is just out for the money and cares absolutely nothing about customer satisfaction!
