Parking is a bit tight, I recommend going to the side of the building and walking. They had lots in stock. Definitely will be stopping in again next time I'm on that side of the city.

I went in to the store hoping they could help me out and possibly provide one so I could continue my business with them as normal. I was not only not greeted coming in (th only customer in the store), but was told I wont be served without a mask. I agreed and exlained my temporary inconvenience. The staff member (they are normally very polite and helpful) told me they dont supply masks and that by not wearing I was putting them in danger... I was taken back and quote offended. I then left, but returned immediately to see if they would sell a mask to me to retain my business at that point. I was told in the rudest tone "we dont sell them or provide them". This staff member was nothing but rude and aggressive from the moment I walked in. I told them I guess I will take my business and that of friends and family elsewhere, I was again told in a rude tone to "do that then". Went down the street to Green Mountain and was treated respectably after explaing the same thing to them and they were more then happy to provide a mask and not insult or demean my character. I email elevate and explained what happened and was not even sent a followup from the management/owner. Dispicable service, especially to someone who has supported your business since it opened in Edmonton. Customer service and accountability is dead and businesses and owners like this just prove that further.
