On my second visit to West End Auto Repair I received friendly service, fast repairs and some unexpected discounts and shuttles which were greatly appreciated!

I was seen the day I made the call to try and book an appointment, and received a diagnostic, and all necessary repairs within hours. The service was exceptional, and I received a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend, and it is now my go to for servicing and repairs in the Edmonton area!

I am new-ish in the neighborhood and I am happy I found a place I can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Edmonton for a week, and two days into our trip our blower motor on our heater started dying. We called two other mechanic shops in the area and none of them were able to help us before we drove home. We called West End Auto Repair and explained the situation, they were able to work around our crazy schedule and got us in two days later (they offered to get us in that day but we had meetings we couldn't reschedule). We had taken a video of the noise the Jeep was making, the mechanic listened to it for a second and said "That is your blower motor". They ordered the part and replaced it as soon as it arrived an hour later, even though they were closing.
The staff was quick, efficient, and super friendly. Would highly recommend this mechanic shop!

I called and they got me in ASAP, gave me a fast diagnosis, fixed my car right away and stayed open an extra 2 hours for me because I worked late and needed my car. He gave me a really good price for all the work that I needed done. Not to mention he was super friendly and honest. I was also having a hard time with transportation and he even offered me a ride! I will 100% be bringing my service to this shop next time I need something done to my vehicle.
