★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue. I was turning off the Henday onto Stony Plain road a few weeks ago, when my tire had gone completely flat. I had turned into the Bavaria BMW parking lot but noticed their service department had closed for the day, but the main building appeared to be open. Not only did they allow me to try to fill my tire with air, they allowed me to use their garage to change over to my spare tire. Chris was a huge help and was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Bavaria BMW for providing great customer service, especially with the fact that I drive an old Honda. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not overly impressed to be honest. I phoned an hr ahead today to tell them I was picking up my car. You’d think that actually maybe go warm it up or bring into the service bay, but no I get there it’s -30 out and go start my car and the battery is dead. You’d think being BMW dealership they’d go the extra mile to make sure your car is warmed up, ready to go when you come to pick it up not have me wait an extra 30mins waiting to boost my car and then warm it up.

I worked primarily with Jade at BMW Bavaria and had a excellent experience whilst looking at a M850i. He was kind , friendly and never pressured me in the slightest. I felt at ease the entire time and he even helped to set up a test drive including drop off and pick up if needed.
Both Jade and Imran worked with me to explore various financing options to make sure I got the most economic deal possible and went above and beyond with the time they spent including working around my schedule and staying well after close.
I would highly recommend this dealer and look forward to coming back in the future for my next purchase.
