★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in because I was told over the phone that it might be my starter. Got there and I was quoted 30-40min wait. Turned out to be a 2 and a half hour wait till they even saw my car. It was very frustrating!!! They ended up fixing it for me and it turned out to be something completely different than the starter. But they did fix it and diagnose it free of charge, which was nice. The owner/manager was apologetic but still doesn’t make that wait worth it. My advice to the guy quoting wait times, do it properly. Don’t make people wait there for that long.
This business seems like a good business and I can see why people go here but the customer service could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking around for a reputable shop and was given a reference to check out Pickering Autolab from Brett at Hidden performance exhaust.
Linden and Zane were very personable and helped me out with a safety certification. They both are automotive enthusiasts and know their stuff.
Nick the technician looked after my 1990 Mazda Miata. And when I found out he was a Mazda enthusiast I felt at ease and was very pleased with the service.
The shop is hustling with lots of vehicles but didn't mind the wait since I was able to do work on my laptop using their free wifi, and their Expresso machine was also a nice added touch. Shop waiting area is very clean too.
Looking forward to next spring when I can get new tires and alignment done for the summer toy.
I found my go to shop now. Thanks to all the gents at Pickering Auto lab.

My husband was quoted for $xxx but gave the services for free. LIKE WOW....I think we just found our new go to auto repair in Pickering. Go for your needs, I don't think you will be disappointed. Thank you for fixing my car and showing me top notch customer service from Service Manager. ~Breech P.~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have so many 5 star reviews for a reason. I've only been with them for a few weeks now but in that time they've gone to great lengths to accomodate me- fitting me into their schedule, getting me the best possible prices and they were even more than happy to help me do a full check of a new vehicle I purchased.
They are clearly quite passionate about cars as well as providing a solid service and it was extra reassuring to have Andrew, who seems to be essentially a specialist on my specific model of car, happy to help me out every time I've come in.
All in all, this is the most satisfied I've been with a mechanic service in a long time so if you're looking for a crew that aims to provide you with great service and value then give them a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Car from Canada Drives and right away noticed that the wheel bearing was gone, also the parking brake was not working. Canada Drives suggested we go to this shop to get the car looked at.
WOW they are amazing! Linden the Service Rep was top notch and the shop mechanics are 100% trust worthy and responsible.
Highly recommend this shop for any and all of your car needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Pickering Auto Lab after my old CR-V started running rough and died a couple of times on the way home from work. I'm grateful my friend referred me here.
The customer service here is excellent - Linden was very accommodating. I managed to get in for a diagnostic appointment the same day I called. I came in a little late during the day, so the repairs were done the following day when parts came in.
Very clean shop. Dealer-like experience without the high prices and unnecessary extra work. I will continue to return here. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a couple of my old vehicles here to get fixed and they wouldn’t fix them as it was not worth it to me (to me!) these guys easily could have made thousands of dollars off me and let me deal with the outcome later but instead were genuine and did not take my money. If you want honesty this is the place to go. Nice guys that do great work. Will definitely be back. Thanks Pickering Auto Lab:)

My Audi needed a fix and these guys were there to get it done and oh my they made it look like I got a brand new car. Amazing work, my go to shop. Forget all these other dealerships.. if you don’t go to Pickering auto lab then u messed up ?
