Ken, the service person with Luced, was in my condo doing some warranty work and I explained to him the extra cool air I needed in my wine room. He immediately assessed the area and came up with an effective solution. I then called Dalton, a Sales Rep for Luced, and he gave me a very fair quote for this work. When Ken was finished installing this vent there was no damage to the ceiling. Very professional person. Ken is a definite asset to Luced. He is extremely professional, courteous and ensures that the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Excellent service from start to finish. Great company! Steve
R	Roy Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my previous home I had a warranty issue (the heat exchanger) with my Carrier furnace. I called Luced and they came out and repaired the problem within a few hours. Their serviceman took the time to answer all my questions, was courteous and knowledgeable. Last summer, my wife and I had a Carrier furnace and AC installed in our new home. Because of the excellent service I had received from Luced before, I called them again. Rick came out and gave us a competitive estimate. When we gave him the go-ahead, he had a crew at our doorstep the next day. They removed the old furnace, installed the new equipment, arranged for an electrician to run a new circuit for the AC and had everything done within 48 hours. I am especially impressed by the care they took in running new pipes and ducts. Everything was done neatly and they cleaned up after they were finished. The new furnace and AC means that our house is now comfortable year round and our energy bills have gone down. I highly recommend Luced. Sent from Mail for Windows 10

I was very impressed with the technician, and service he provided. It's obvious they care about their trade, and seem to be well education in furnace repair, and HVAC systems. Highly recommended...and it might be import to note that rarely take the time to write a review:)

They addressed our budget concerns during Covid-19 to keep existing equipment running. I have no trouble recommending Ryan and Rob for any project.

Way better than talking to someone in a call center far away... 2. They were able to fit a repair appointment in the same DAY! The other places I called, including the company that installed the furnace, were booking repairs weeks out! 3. Repair tech showed up on time, and actually fixed the problem! They also left great notes on the repair order so I know what the issue was and what they did to fix it. 4. The price was very reasonable and competitive and fair. No upselling or any of the other "STUFF" that furnace companies usually try to pull on you, like subscriptions etc. Luced will be my first choice going forward for any heating / furnace purchases or repairs going forward. Great job!

D	Deangelo Vickers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff (working with Luced) did a wonderful job fixing the system malfunction of our high efficiency Carrier furnace. He works very fast and is very thorough, which led us to asking him to check both of our furnaces. He is keen to keep things running well - for example, he checked the hoses and cleaned out the condensers where debris accumulates over time. Such a service was not strictly necessary to fix the issue we had but it gives us some additional time and improves how well the furnace functions. He also provided some advice on Carrier furnaces in general along with tips to extend the service life and control heating costs. Thank-you Jeff!
