Audi Edmonton North

Came in today to check out the new Audi Eton Gt. Aldin Mujic was showing it to me. Very knowledgable and helpful. Took the time to go over the car. Overall a great experience. Ever since I found out that Audi came out with the E-tron Gt its been a dream of mine to check this car out and see it in person. Although I am unable to afford this amazing car I am still thankful for the time Aldin took with me. I highly recomend seeing Aldin at Audi Edmonton North if you are looking to buy or experience your dream Audi.

I was super hesitant to take my car into the dealership because I don't really like the dealer ship experience. But because of warranty I ended up there. Even though things didn't really go my way and my car didn't end up getting fixed through warranty, I was walked through the entire process by the service adviser Rachel. My car was there for about a week and half. She set me up with a loaner even though that's pretty much impossible in this time because of the shortages. She had me shuttled around by a super cool dude named Jim to places I needed to be right after making the appointment. She walked me through the entire warranty process the best way she could. Even though things didn't work out in my favor this time, I will be definitely returning here because of the amazing customer service by Rachel and her service manager Sara. Sara took time out of her day and walked me through the entire work order to help me understand what is going on. Sadly I cant remember the name of the tech that worked on my vehicle, but he was very experienced. He found out what was wrong with my car within the hour and let the service adviser know. I was pretty much notified of what was wrong with my car within the hour. sadly because of extended warranty issues my cars diagnosis was not covered and I had to pay out of pocket. But even then they looked after me and slashed the cost to make sure I was happy. Even though I was very frustrated through out the entire process because of warranty issues they made sure I was looked after the entire time. appreciate the wonderful service from Rachel, the tech, Sara, and Jim the shuttle bus driver.

Called from Calgary to see any vehicles in stock and was put through with Edgar. He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with us while going through the cars over the phone. He made time available for us to come in and pick up the vehicle whenever worked best for my family and gave us an exceptional experience with Audi Edmonton North. Keagan from finance was also very kind and helpful. He really took the time to explain the different features and packages that come with the car catering to our needs which was perfect. The personal conversations about hockey and the battle of Alberta was also entertaining with the staff as they have a sense of humour. They were also very nice and allowed our dog into the dealership which was great. We will be dealing with Audi North again if we buy another Audi in the future.

Jason and his team (including Ajomha) went above and beyond in our interactions. Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them (due to being located in another city), we had impeccable customer service in an age where this is often under delivered. They were extremely professional, timely, respectful and made us feel truly valued as a potential customer. I do not hesitate in giving my highest recommendation in working with Jason and his team if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. I just wanted to share our experience with Audi Edmonton North. We bought a 2013 Audi Q5 and are exceptionally happy with it. We dealt with Kaz Uyesugi and I must say his professionalism and personal nature was exceptional. He took the time to understand our needs and personal situation, just that he wanted to ensure we were happy with our selection. I didn't at any time feel pressured. Upon purchase, he presented to vehicle to my wife and I in a very professional manner explaining everything about the vehicle, and made himself available for any future questions. Linda and I had a great new car buying experience at Audi North Edmonton this past weekend. Edgar Chan, New Car Sales of Audi North Edmonton and I originally met on Facebook which in my opinion was the golden-ticket that got the both of us into his dealership... and ultimately purchasing the car. His introduction and our communication was very respectful and informative. Linda agreed with me, after our first visit to Audi North Edmonton, we felt Edgar is the man we want to do business with. Edgar is very patient and kind and answered all our questions. Edgar is funny, easy and refreshing to talk to. Edgar is very-thorough in his replies and non-pressuring in his approach. Afterall, it took us 5 weeks to make a decision. Offering us a coffee or water during our meetings, was greatly appreciated too. Edgar on delivery day, was just as excited for us as we were. He spent almost three hours with us, going over the car and all its sophisticated buttons and settings. That is great customer service. Good job Edgar. Stacy Myshynuik in Finance was a delight to talk to. Lots of paperwork to sign, but she clearly explained what all of them were for. She also took care of the license-plate registration too. Audi North Edmonton is a clean, bright and uncluttered dealership. Most other premier car dealerships we've been to, have tight parking lots with few available parking space for customers. Their inside vehicle delivery area is sure to be as asset on cold-weather days. Their delivery-area is clean and bright. Our new car was spotless on delivery day and came complete with a red bow tie. Our 2022 Audi SQ5 Progressiv (white with red interior) is a pretty cool car and continues to amaze us as we explore its technology and options. In today's chip shortage world, it was surprising to find a car for sale in Edmonton that had all the electronic options we wanted. I love listening to the engine's cold starts and the sound of the throaty exhaust. Thank you Edgar, Stacy and Audi North Edmonton.

I just recently made my purchase for a 2022 A5 at Audi North and the experience was excellent. Jackson was very accommodating and even though the car was delayed due to chip shortage he was able to keep me up with constant updates on when the car will be arriving. I really recommend seeing Jackson if you’re looking for a new Audi, he was efficient and kind and was also able to work out a great deal for me. Also I’d like to thank Stacy for doing a fantastic job at finance, I didn’t have to spend a lot of time at the dealership as she was very efficient and knowledgeable at her job and she was able to work out really good deals on Audi after care services for me. Overall I had a great time at Audi North and I highly recommend seeing them.

We had a fantastic experience at Audi Edmonton North today! We came to check out the S6 and RS3 with the help of Kaz! Kaz was extremely knowledgeable on the cars and even made some great suggestions of other vehicles. We can’t wait to come back here soon and would definitely recommend checking this dealership out!
