★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT shop at this location. Family purchased so many cars and truck over the years I cannot even number them. Was removed from the premises for sitting in a chair awaiting service. ( not a single person around ) I was advised to wear a mask or leave!! I advised of medical condition but my exemption was denied. I was able to call Other Ford dealers who promptly took my truck and my business without any issues. Glad other Ford dealers still respect the law, their customers and freedoms in this country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team are good Stacy in service is great but the rest of the service dept is in serious need of an overhaul on how they operate. Did not service on time for a one hour service took 5 hours didn’t even get my vehicle in, shop foreman obviously did t want to explain to customer how and why they screwed a simple device up as he was no where to be found. Service tech got oil and grease all over the steering wheel seat and door console of my brand new Lincoln Navigator. Sad to say the least of a luxury brand automobile service dept. still have t to this day had anyone explain hat hey did to screw that simple service up. Would not recommend there service dept to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short, I travel a long distance out of my way, passing a few other Ford Dealerships on the way (that I have had service done at before) to get to Brock Ford, and I suggest you do too.
The unabridged version: The work I get done at Brock is always done in an appreciable time - the prices are fixed for the most part but the difference is, I trust that if Brock Ford tells me I need something done, then without a doubt I need it done. I have in the past suggested to do both bearings when one was bad (thinking that a wear issue would be consistent with them both) and the service folks called and told me I really didn't need to and I would be throwing away good money for nothing. That is exceptional. This is the reason I return. Integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Brock Ford. I went to many other dealerships when I was looking to buy my new truck only to wonder around the lots without a sales person to see if I needed help. When I went to Brock Ford I was greeted nicely by a great salesperson who wasn't pushy. The salesperson answered all my question and let me take my truck for a test drive. I've owned my truck for nearly two years now and the service has been top notch, what more can you ask of a dealership. I'm super happy with my F150 and plan on buying another once the new Lightening's become available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always driven mainly ford vehicles, & last couple have dealt with ford sales people at brock and have had good experiences there. Recently traded in my 2020 f150 for a 22 ford maverick, & am very pleased with the transaction! I had taken ownership of the vehicle almost immediately but had to wait a few weeks for my bed liner, tonneau & other parts to come in. Big thanks to Beth & Artie, going out of your way to make things work out, & thank you to Rob finance specialist, who was able to answer all my questions, wasn't pushy trying to upsell anything, & made the transaction run smooth, thanks again! Already switched to k02 all terrain tires & hopefully can get in some camping trips this summer in the new truck, cheers!
