★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard a noise in my vehicle and needed it checked out immediately. I was an hour from home and went into the Canadian Tire in Niagara Falls. I spoke with the Manager of Parts and Service, Boris. They were fully booked today, but he offered to look at my vehicle quickly. After a quick inspection, Boris discovered that a bolt holding my tire had broken! I had recently had my tires changed at a shop close to my house, and I suspect that my nuts were not tightened. Boris was very kind and made sure my tires were securely in place and safe for my son and me to drive home. I am VERY grateful to Boris and the Canadian Tire Auto Service Team for the care they took to ensure my safety. Thank you, Boris! Highly recommend this Canadian Tire location, they truly care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the service is pretty good. Not quite this time. I was looking for an 80 watt battery blanket that wasn't on the shelf and an employee in parts went to get it. I didn't think to check the wattage as 80 watt was requested so after lining up I get to the checkout only to find he has given me the 50 watt version. The cashier said I had to go back to parts and get the correct one. Another 5-10 minute wait. What really irked was having to get back into an even longer checkout line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Canadian Tire is the best of all Canadian Tire stores that I have visited in the Niagara region. It is huge with wide range of products and variety. I like the clean layout, wide aisles and clearly marked prices of each product.
It has been more than three years that I have been visiting this store for my needs. I enjoyed every time I visit it.
Cashiers are prompt and customer service and returns staff is also friendly and understanding.
I recommend this store based on my personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renovations look great. Fully stocked, clean and bright. Car service centre is better than other locations, but overall not happy with the warranty and having to go back to original location or being made to feel like they're doing you a favor. Half fast work too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place... had really friendly service in the parts department the last time. The only thing I don't like about Canadian Tire are their fake sales. The flyers always say something like 75% off... but that sale price is just a normal price (and if there's no sale, the items are sky-high prices)!!!

I’ve always been impressed with the customer service at this store - and today’s experience was the icing on the cake. Thanks again Dan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is honestly one of the most organized and most beautiful Canadian Tire store I've ever seen. I asked if it was flagship (it should be!) actually a relaxing shopping experience. People that work there are nice - its just a good vibe store. I highly recommend visiting. Even just to be in AWE. Nothing like the locked up spray paint and mess at Weston/401. This place is a MUST SEE!! ?❤??????? I added maybe 100 photos on Google maps check them out!
