M	Melvin Coles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. Tire retorque over 50 dollars and the guy never even used a torque wrench. Cheaper to buy a torque wrench. Never go there again. He must of noticed the Alberta license plates and thought ‘he must have lots of money.’ ?
L	Liza Gagnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While heading out west I stopped here and I was charged $40 to have my tires re-tourqued (I had had new tires put on, earlier in my trip). For the record, I called 6 other shops, all in Northern Ontario, and ALL of them said there would be no charge for this service, despite the fact I had my tires put on elsewhere! Says a lot about this guys business practices. Then this Guy had the nerve to give me hell, when I called him back to complain that he had clearly over charged me, he responded by saying “Lady you walked out of here and didn’t pay the sales tax”. Funny! Don’t stop here if you can help it. Ridiculous!
J	Justin Bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fuel line leak on a Sunday, called and came in, they couldn't get to us because it was late but said they'd get to us first thing in the morning. Spent the night down the road, he got to it right in the morning and sent us on our way. Friendly, helpful people, explained everything going on to us and answered all our questions. Reasonable rates, didn't try to upsell us or put anything by us.

Figured the problem was my alternator so I was just looking for conformation and a timeline for ordering a new part. Saw his sign and drove in and asked for help. He was just closing up shop but I was hoping he would take a quick look. He was unwilling to help and generally uncaring toward my situation, even to the point of rudeness. I found another auto shop close by and that owner was fantastic! He quickly saw my car that night and ordered the part first thing next morning. I would not recommend this shop.

Called this guy for HELP, after telling me I was "not very bright for leaving thunder bay with no gas" he did tell me pumps are left on at the esso after hrs, thank you for that. But next time, a word of advice, as a family is in need, there is no need to belittle or scrutinize poor planning, you have no idea what our situation was or what is going on in anyone's life! As a towing company you should be committed to helping vehicles in need period, no questions asked.

Tried his hardest not to charge us for his services. Sweet man. Also a very homey shop. Also saved our other tire from blowing. He caught it before we even did

He was very rude and said "you got to be (f-word) kidding me" and just hangs up on me. It's people like this grump who give others a bad name. I cant understand how some people try so hard NOT to get business. I guess he's good at something. I GIVE HIM 0 STARS.
M	Miss. Connor-Lynn Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming back from Kenora, my friends and I stopped in Ignace to get a burger, but ended up accidentally locking our keys in the car. We asked Nelson for help. Well, he showed up, took one look at the situation and left with no explanation. We ended up going back to his shop and asking him for help again. He was very rude and laughed at our predicament. He told us he left the first time because too many people were around. Eventually, he came back and opened up the car. He charged us over 100 dollars. 1/10 would not recommend.
