Currently waiting now to get my brake pads replaced. Ken is a super cool and honest guy. Always gets the job done perfectly and on time. Would recommend this mechanic to anyone, hands down the best I’ve been too won’t be going back to any other one.

A	Ady Mejia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a female who has been brushed off or has experienced the feeling of not being taken seriously, I have to say that Ken was definitely an amazing breath of fresh air! My fiancé recommended Ken, and: 1. I didn't even have to go in person to get the sense that he truly knew what he was doing. I called to book an appointment and as soon as I mentioned what the issue was he asked me to drop by as he thought he knew what the issue was and that it would be a quick fix. 2. Once I stopped in, he asked where my Car was parked, and took one look at it, and right away figured out what was wrong (windshield wiper not working on one side). He didn't just assess the issue, but he also showed me. 3. Once he knew what the issue was, he told me he would call his providers to see how much the part would cost. He called two, and surprisingly, he didn't hide away while on the phone, he openly had the call in front of me, and found that one provider charged 157 dollars cheaper for the part, and was as shocked as I was for the cost of the higher charge. So he of course helped me to get the cheaper one. Talk about service and honesty! 4. When the part came in, I dropped my car off and the experience was just as welcoming as the first encounter, work was done quickly, and I left very happy to have been told about Ken by my fiancé. I had not yet found a mechanic that made me feel like they at least valued my business. Or that didn't leave me with the sense I was being ripped off... Until I found Ken!

Unlike every other auto repair shop I've ever been to, he actively looks for ways to save you money, whether that's suggesting to check with previous sellers for warranties or letting you know which parts you can get second hand and still be reliable. He truly cares about his customers and that makes me a lifelong supporter for Peter K Automotive. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone!
J	Jordan Cue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to PK auto and Ken for about 3-4 years now, Ken has gone from my mechanic to a friend and it's all a result of honest service and great communication. I initially was referred to the shop from a long time family friend which gave me some hope they would be trustworthy and honest (I have minimal knowledge of cars), but all you need is one conversation to tell that Ken cares about his customers. He gives you updates on any unexpected work and price quotes before doing the work so you're never shocked by the price when you come to pick-up your vehicle. Quinn and his other employees/mechanics are extremely knowledgable, direct, and hard working. There's a reason the shop is always busy - you don't need to take my word for it.
