I took my civic in to fix an oil leak. I had a quote from another mechanic for $1100 to fix the leak but I took it here instead and they offered to take a look at the car first and see what it actually needed, then fix the problem afterwords. They checked it out and they fixed the problem for half the price. They also found other issues with my car that the previous mechanic did not and instead of fixing the problems and charging me, they made me aware of the issue and provided me with a quote to fix it in case I wanted it done in the future. While my car was in the shop they also gave me a loner car which was helpful. Nice people, honest work, fair price. All my Maintenance will be done here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derosa is probably the most professional mechanic shop I’ve ever used. They are professional and prepared for almost anything you might need done to your car, which is so convenient! Also they don’t pressure you to do anything you don’t want to, they simply lay out what needs to be done, quote it for you and let you decide. Definitely reasonably priced and the best service!

With my vehicle being an older model and needing repairs serious and minor, I feel reassured leaving it at DeRossa Automotive Services Ltd. Ryan and Peter and the other mechanics are friendly, consistent, thorough and very efficient! Diagnostics of my car are always discussed with me in depth; the information conveyed is clear/direct and Ryan and Peter are professional and very knowledgeable. After an inspection of my car I’m provided with solid options rather than persuasion regarding my final decisions about car repairs. Their workmanship is excellent every time, and very well priced for such a high standard. One day when my beloved car gives its final lurch and I have get a new one, I surely will be bringing it to DeRossa for continued excellent car care and service. They are the BEST car repair shop in town, the know exactly what they’re doing and genuinely take an interest. I trust them with everything. I highly recommend their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DeRosa was awesome. They're always super friendly, very thorough, and very reasonably priced. When I was having issues with my vehicle, they quickly diagnosed problems that other mechanics couldn't figure out— and they gave me solid options for repairs. They also took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. They aren't pushy, and there don't use pressure sales tactics— or try to upsell you on things you don't need. I really appreciated dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to DeRosa for several years. The service we generally go there for is oil changes. Best price on the North Shore. They provide excellent customer service. Your vehicle is always ready when they say it will be ready. They also give you a full detailed report with price quotes on other repairs your vehicle needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give credit where credit is due. I scheduled my car in for an oil change and to have an unknown noise fixed. Before dropping my car off I changed my mind about having the issue investigated (after they had already gone on a short drive with me to hear what the noise was) because I was fairly certain I would be able to find the source of the noise on my own, and being a young person in this city, every dollar counts. They didn't flinch or protest when I changed my mind last minute to only do the oil change, and to my surprise, when I went to pick up the car later that day, they had fixed the source of the noise free of charge! They definitely didn't have to do that, and I guess it goes to show that not every car repair place is out to scam people out of their money. They also gave a very detailed report from the oil change and inspection, and the oil change itself was a very good price. Would recommend!
