They have helped us save thousands of dollars. Also, their staff is super friendly. We have gone there right before closing on a Saturday and they still have accommodated us. I rented an excavation machine from them. They charged me for one more day extra! Even the meter on a machine clearly shows how many days. I paid for the delivery, they picked it up the machine four days late, and they charged me extra. The jerry can was almost 3/4 full. But they are saying was empty. I paid for the gas and I have the receipt!
The delivered the machine to the house around 11.30 am. Before renting, the sales person at the store said between 8 am to 8.30 am, maximum till 9 am. I was paying to two guys hourly and we were just waiting for delivery guy and we didn't know how long it will takes.
They don't help. Every time you call them and ask them something, they saying something different from each other. They are not educated about the tools and the machine properly. So many wrong information they gave me. And it's interesting that they don't care and they deny everything easy. Even if you have proof still they deny it.
If you need anything, its better to confirm everything by email first, at least you have some records(if they answer!)

In our case we had a situation where a pick up couldn’t be made over the weekend and we called in to discuss our options with the team who were kind enough to stop billing provided we met a particular return date and time. Great service all round! Highly recommend!
